We have booked one room and after visited the hotel we have changed our room because we wanted to enjoy the view so they gave larger very spacious room it was very nice to work

There is no fan but in winter days we can manage, and no hot water

This not actual photo of this property, the property is very old even they did not clean the hotel regularly So I didn’t like any thing

I booked this hotel with complementary breakfast but after check-in they told me there was no breakfast service available and they didn’t refund me anything for not proving breakfast.That was just horrible. And Booking. com also shows that location from Center is 900 meter but actual location from Center is 1.2 km they didn’t provide even water and hot water and clean towel also simply unhygienic hotel.

The rooms are big and they have additional bed without charging extra.however the staff over there dont know how to communicate

Food what they offer is poor Each and every guest have different rates

Staff behavior is good

Parking facility not good and current cutting problems any time current loose connetion.main issue water heater not included in room

Room size was ok

The hotel and room is not the one shown on booking. Pin location is not the location of hotel. Check in took 20 minutes. Our room should have mountain view. Instead from the window you could see backyard with car parked. Window level was ground level. Sheet was dirty. It had stains on it. After that we requested for room from booking. Stuff showed us some bigger room with no window. We just left.... Whole hotel looks dirty, even sofa in reception is black from it.

Room is ok type. Staffs were helpful. Availability of hot water.

Some lights weren't working. Bathroom doors sides seems to be broken. Bed sheets are not clean. Will say it's an average experience.

Reservation was confirmed by booking. Com but hotel didnot confirm and so we were in hardship after reaching the said property. They tried to give accomodation to their other property but there was no lift. We wested our lot of time@ 4 hours. We are senior citizens and unable to walk. Lastly we cancelled our stay and we forced to find alternately accomodation with our luggage. In short there is lack of communication between booking. com and said property. Nither booking.com nor property has informed us regarding cancellation of our reservstion.

Lack of communication and so lots of hardship to us as senior citizen nearly @ 80 years of age. We were 4 family members.Situation was untolerable and we will think hundred times before going through booking. com in future.

The prices after we check-in were charged more and rooms was booked for 2 days and they had allotted to someone else for 2nd day.
