Services was very poor, location is awsome, washroom was very dirty

Room size is ok. Staffs were cordial.

Breakfast was below average. For a solo traveller they should provide a single king or queen bed in place of 2 single beds. Hot water was not coming during bath.

Staff behaviour is very bad Rooms are dirty No body is responding from house keeping and reception. Horrible food quality Over all experience is very bad

Only passable for 1 night stay. Staffs were good.

No complementary breakfast buffet. Dinner mein jeera aloo jo basic veg dish hai was unavailable.My plan was breakfast free accommodation.You will get only 1 plate of bread toast and 1 plate egg for 1 person. That's what you are paying for if u r taking breakfast including booking plan. Food quality not upto the mark.

Very dirty beds and toilets. The bed/pillow covers are years old. Beddings were not washed before we entered. There were yellow and grey spots on the bed as we found. The toilet curtain was full of fungus. When we informed the staff, they were not courteous enough to look into the eyes as we spoke. They cut us in the middle and started talking among themselves.

Nothing in the please. only in the outside of the hotel one will get good food option.

Unprofessional staff. I booked 2 deluxe rooms and ended up with 1 deluxe and 1 executive room, as they could not provide 2 deluxe rooms on the same floor. The cost remained the same though. Room service is poor. Whatever we needed, required multiple follow ups. Behavior of room service guys was very good. There was no channels available on the TV. Hot water service in the bathrooms were not in proper working condition. The rooms are spacious, but room cleaning service is poor. Overall, totally disappointed. This hotel is highly overpriced in its current state.
