The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especially Mahi Mam. She is very efficient staff .They all went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Gorgeous building, High quality rooms (there was even a tv, the hot water shower), and high quality service with the meal.The cook made the whole meal as per our need. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Delhi nearby any tourist place like Jama Masjid, Laal Qila, Chandni Chowk etc. The rooms were very economical compare to other quality service hotel. the rooms are good

except for the lady at the counter, everybody in the hotel were very rude and they are least bothered about cleaning of the room or changing sheets. The geyser did not work, the room service guys were very rude. Fortunately rooms were clean enough to pass the day.

There was nothing to like about this place. The staff at the reception was extremely bad. Infact the behaviour of the staff was so bad that we had conflict with them and they were very rude to their customers with foul language.

The behaviour of the staff there unbelievably wrong. The told us that we don't have a room available in-spite of us having a confirmed room booking. They told us to give a room in their another hotel which was so bad that it was not even worth sitting.

There is nothing to like, no connectivity with Train bus metro transportation, you are stuck in a small 15 ft road with cow and horse dug with completely super cheater people's if you are not Indian you definitely been feel that you getting service but they are fully what we see from our eyes. It's the worst experience of my life, it's nothing as shown in picture all trick photography Everything is worst the staff, the manager the lobby the lobby the bathroom super dirty hotels, the area is super worst. break fast is like world's worst break fast. The worst I have ever eaten.

The property is well maintained excellent place to stay in Delhi. The property manager and staff were very helpful and service is pretty good. Mr. Sohail akhtar and mani kaur are awesome staff and they’re very good at talking and providing best services in our stay. I strongly recommend this place and it’s very convinient and to travel to many places like Indian gate, market bazar for all kinds of shopping, best street food and us embassy for visa applicants.

The person who designed the building clearly tried to make it look nice in a small space.

The staff are extremely rude. They charged me double the amount then the rate I got from booking.com and threatened to kick me out of I didn’t pay their rate. The hot water barely works and the staff turn off the AC after some time to save power I guess.. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff try to grab money off you any moment they get

The manager whose name is prabhat is really a nice guy. Every staff was polite and they help in every way.

The hotel was Fantastic and comfortable. all the Staff Specially Mahi Kaur she’s so polite and helpful. the only think there’s no network to make calls and wifi is very slow sometimes .

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. When we arrived we were kindly upgraded rooms and given access to the executive lounge with a complimentary breakfast, as it was our anniversary! great thanks mahi at the reception We were made to feel very special and all of the staff were so helpful. Our room was immaculate with a slight view of the Shard and we enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The next day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel whilst we were out which was much appreciated too. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the centre of London and will definitely considering coming back in the future :)

Rooms are small. but they are best

The hotel is very good with prime location, metro in nearby, all staff ate very good , the owner of hotel guman sing ji is very nice person as well as priyanka ji , all staff ate ready to listen your problem and try to solve as early as possible. It's just like a home

The conduct of the staff was very much polite. Specially Mahi and Praveen from the reception. The interior was rich in culture and the place was very polite. I think it was my best ever stay in delhi. In fact the service boy and janitor were very humble. Thanks Pinky villa for this wonderful stay. Will surely visit soon.

There were no bathroom sleepers in the room. It's my suggestion to keep one pair. Electric kettle was available bt no tea or coffee bags. That's it. Else everything was fine and perfect.

The breakfast which was served ,actually tempting and was made under hygienic conditions! Also the location of the hotel is very prime as it is centrally located!

The behaviour of hotel staff is very good, food is so delicious. Mahi is very co operative.

Thank you so much for providing a comfortable stay, I came from Jaipur to Delhi on the bike and really needed a peaceful stay before my interview, if someone asks about food then let me tell you on a serious note, the quantity and quality of food are perfect, I am sure you don't need to go outside for your meals.

Bathroom Accessories can be improved like soap and other hand wash items many hotels provide Liquid Body wash and a proper liquid hand wash These all were missing. can be improved for a better facility.
