staff was barely talking to us and answering questions, very unfriendly
cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom, very big like more than 5 cm long
toilet was not flushing, we asked the staff to clean the room but they didn’t do nothing about it

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Upon checking in there was this Pakistani guy at the counter. He never smiled nor greeted us well. I asked for help with my luggage and he sort of obliged with reluctance.
He didn't even answer us when we asked questions. He just asked for IC and started writing... no smile, no hello, no nothing. SOUR FACE!!
There was no chair in the room. Had to ask for chair on 2nd day.
Bathroom wasn't very clean.
Toilet flush couldn't flush at times.
No towels in room. Had to ask for towels. Shower holder was not fixed well and too high. I guess it's meant to cater more for tall foreigners perhaps?
No place to hang towel in bathroom cos no hooks.
Towel Bar was too high up above cistern.
Bathroom floor was somewhat slippery

Satisfactory for travellers looking for a cheap place to stay the night.
Aug 2022Property was easy to find, we were able to check-in despite arriving earlier than check-in time. Staff was friendly and offered to give us another room when our mouse issue was not resolved.
There was a mouse in the room (which they said they managed to chase out). Amenities like TV was not working and the sink was leaking. Front desk was left empty for many instances and we had to wait for staff for quite a while for them to return to get assistance.
