Outstanding facilities for a small family to have a comfortable stay in Jeddah
Dec 2022We had a suite which had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with kitchen and washing machine plus full size refrigerator this made it very convenient and enjoyable for our family of 5.
Location wise also located close to the Balad, Al Hamra, Andulus and Tahliya area
The breakfast was a bit limited. The electric stove wasn’t working but we didn’t bother as we were eating out and the parking spaces were limited especially on the sides where the parking spaces were taken by Big Garbage cans with lots of cats around.

the treatment upon my arrival was poor and not professional at all in the sense my room was not ready and they upgraded me to a one bed room suite but they force me to pay for it instead of complementary!!!!!! this is not acceptable!!!!!!

Jun 2021The clean level was great and the kitchen was well equipped. I can confirm that Taj Jeddah is one of the best hotels in Jeddah in terms of cleanliness among its category (Hotel Apartments) that is not 5 Stars. Finally, Special thanks to the receptionist (Jamil) for his professionalism in making the customer always satisfied with the services provided by the hotel.
The air-condition is really strange. When I set the thermostat on 25 C , it well be freezing and when I adjust it to 26 C , it will be hot.
