Aug 2022The staff was absolutely amazing at the hotel. They assisted me in finding everything I needed when my luggage went missing during the trip from America to Sierra Leone. They were courteous, helpful, and very kind. The breakfast was outstanding the view from everywhere in the hotel is great. I will definitely be returning to Mamba Point Hotel next time I visit Sierra Leone. Thanks for an amazing experience!

Jan 2022The range of items for Breakfast was quite good, however in a few cases the food had dried out, However they made eggs to order and they did an excellent job service was exceptionally good and the restaurant though on the more basic side was clean did not let the hotel down . I enjoyed the freshly made Juices eg coconut water from the coconut. One of the Best things was the welcome fruit platter when we checked in ! I cant begin to say how welcome this was excellent welcome ! Nice swimming pool and gym
The TV service was not as intuitive as it could be and milk was not provided with the tea and coffee though it was provided when I asked.

Feb 2022The pool, the breakfast, the view are amazing. Certainly for this its worth a mention. The restaurant next door has an amazing selection of foods and generous portions. The service at both the hotel and restaurant was great. It is off the main route so taxis and KeKe don't generally travel the rout so a short 800mt walk to grab a taxi is required this not a really a problem.
The Size of the bed is a bit small, The aircon leaks giving the room a damp smell. There were coffee stains on the wall which couldn't be removed with a damp cloth. I booked for 2 and yet it was set up for 1 person with towels and soaps. The noise from the late night club next door in the early hours of the morning could keep you awake if u not a heavy sleeper. The sink and shower drain needs to be cleaned. This didn't drain quick enough causing the bathroom floor to flood and always be wet.

The breakfast was poor and the rooms noisy despite reception saying they were sound proofed so I could get to sleep on the Friday night as there was a party at the pool and then a club/disco later on

May 2022The hotel itself was quite basic, although nice. Many of the photos online that made it look attractive were from the entertainment complex next door and I was just there for 1 night and that was not yet open

Just next to the restaurant there is an entertaining area: very good restaurant (sushi), bowling, very popular club in the weekend.
The breakfast desplay is more basic, but you could ask eggs, pancakes, an expresso...
Maybe it would conveniant to have some extra utilities present just in case.

Room did not 2 beds, only want bed for couples. I went with my girlfriend and i thought they had two bed, however I slept well. Bed was comfortable.

The only thing I did not like is they do not offer any traditional African dishes.

Feb 2022The attention and the care that the whole staff at Mamba Point had with us was really remarkable, meaningful and unforgettable! We had some issues during our period in Freetown, due to problems in our arrival at the airport and difficulties obtaining our covid certificate to leave the country, and these problems could have been really serious for us, if we didn’t have the help of the staff from Mamba Point. They picked us up at the airport with so much care and, afterwards, did everything they could for us to have a nice stay - we’ll never forget all this care. We’ll recommend Mamba Point to all our friends who go to Sierra Leone, thanks to their staff!
Unfortunately, we found two cockroaches in our bedroom during our stay.
