Comfortable and friendly!
Aug 2022we were welcomed with a delicious drink and offered an upgrade free of charge. The staff were quick to remember our names and exceptionally friendly. The bed was soft and comfortable. We loved it and stayed 3 nights.

Oct 2022Water pressure in the shower!!! Best of the 3 week trip! Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Jenny was so sweet and helpful. We were only there about 12 hours but we enjoyed the time.
Room was a little small, but adequate. There was a balcony but ours was very tiny. Just allowed stepping out to look at main street below. Might not be worth the extra money just for that. Still happy with the room though.

Jan 2023Very helpful staff, very welcoming. They helped us with local contacts for planning our sight seeing, trying local cuisine and also getting RT-PCR for return flight. Also the location is perfect as most of the tourist to do spots are are walking distance from the hotel.

Jan 2023This was by a mile the best place I stayed at while in Vietnam. the staff are amazing, friendly, spoke good English, nothing was too much for them, the location couldn’t be anymore perfect, the food at the restaurant was delicious and some of the best I had while in Vietnam, the room clean and spacious with a great view .. I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be back :)

Comfortable bed, good location, friendly staff
Feb 2023This hotel is located in a convenient location with alot to see and visit places in Hanoi. Staff was super friendly and ensured we felt comfortable and happy during checkin and check out. Bed was very comfortable compared to other places we stayed in Hanoi.
Our room was street facing hence we kept hearing car horns and people talking from the street late into the night which impacted our sleep but we dont think this would be the case for other rooms not street facing.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. ..the hotel was undergoing some renovating. ..the rooftop bar was under rework as it had changed a couple of times in the times I have visited but looked really good. Service is good and nothing is too much trouble. . English is excellent and staff are always willing to engage just to check everything is ok for you. Food in the restaurant both for breakfast and dining is very good. The rooms are very good quality and more than ample for a family with teenage kids..

Jan 2023The staff are incredibly helpful. They assisted us in booking our day trips and over night stay in Ha Long Bay. They surprised us with balloons and decorations to celebrate our recent engagement. such a lovely place and good location.
Amazing hotel in Hanoi
Dec 2022The service is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The staff is so thoughtful and warm. The spa is fantastic and it's one of the best we have had so far in Hanoi. The food at their restaurant is delicious, especially the bun cha. Will definitely come back to this hotel when we revisit Hanoi.
The Internet seems to be unstable at times.
Highly recommended hotel in Old Quarter
Jan 2023The location was great and the service was great. Check in was fast and even through we are early they allow us to check in first. And even provide a free upgrade to a suite for us. The reception was very helpful and I forgot to ask her name. Highly recommended for anyone coming Hanoi and want to stay in Old Quarter

Also right next to Ha Trung street where exchanging money is better than in the bank.
The staff were incredible, always helpful, very friendly, and we booked this hotel 3 times and will definitely return there on our next visit to Hanoi.

rooftop bar is spectacular with a great view of the entire city and the restaurant is one of the best places we ate in the whole of Hanoi! definitely stay here if get the chance
