Sep 2022We loved the room, the view, the shower which was just excellent. Breakfast was great too.

Just the right one
Aug 2021Was very clean and had al the facilities in the room. Very comfortable and quiet.
We couldn’t control the air conditioning to our own needs it was either hot or cold

Nov 2021The hotel location is good. The room was clean.
1. We got a room that had an inner door that was separating our room from another room. There was no caustic isolation. We heard the “neighbors” speaking, playing, crying. My son had a hard time falling asleep. We woke up twice because of the noise: at 3am and just before 7am. We informed the receptionist about this when it happened.
2. The pool was heated very lightly. We couldn’t be in it more than just a few minutes, because the water were really cold. The rest of the guests were in it for a few minutes, but most of them gave up after seconds. The life guard told us that they do not heat it enough to save money.
We chose this hotel so we can rest and enjoy the pool. The hotel stated they have a heated pool in this time of the year.
We were offered the option for a late check out to make up for of all that.
Paying so much money, and not being able to enjoy the pool or rest - that’s a big disappointment.

Terrible service, shady business practices
Apr 2022The front desk is impossible to contact by phone. They advertise +972 3 521 1157 on booking.com but after trying calling them 8-10 times during 3 days, I gave up. They have charged us twice (we prepaid everything on booking.com and then the hotel charged us again), we'll never stay here again.
