Oct 2021This is not first time i have visited. It was nice and it was the same this time too. Simingpool was additional fun this time. Nothing special though.
The sound of Music from Japanese restaurent was horrible. I had to change my room. It was never there, but this time it was tough time for me. The staff helped me to change the room though!

We were not able to connect to their internet, we called them multiple times and even asked if they can help, unfortunately, they were not able to resolve it.

No actions from the hotel staff on request with multiple calls been made but no action.
Ex. called multiple room service numbers.....first, no one is picking and once picked then it was said that your request will be completed but no actions at all.......................asked milk for my daughter which hasn't reached from night till next day morning, the same with water....................
no one was even bothering to help and this behaviour spoiled the overall stay in this hotel.
Excellent, no nned to look for another place in Muscat.
