Very comfy bed and the reception staff were great. Bat staff also lovely :)

The bathroom was grimy and needs a deep clean, no coffee or tea replenished. There is a kitchen facility but if you want to cook something, you need to ask the front desk for a frypan. Ordered toast but just got 3 pieces of cold dry white toast with cold butter on the side.

Unable to get the aircon on cooler temp but overall lovely hotel great service especially thanks to the guy who took our room service order. Loved the food great service.

This was the best inclusive breakfast we have had in New Zealand accommodation! We also had dessert at the restaurant which was outstanding. The bed was also very comfortable. Great value for money. We would definitely stay again. Thanks

The staff were very helpful, especially when the chrome casting was not working on the TV. Liked the distillery products in the shower. Room was comfy. Enjoyed the pool and the sauna

Wondered when they will reinstate the spa pool? Breakfast buffet was a bit average. Not much fresh fruit and the baked beans were a bit weird tasting. Like they had made their own or something.

I paid $560 for a night and got a tired worn out room with stained furniture. There was no mini bar, no information book to help. I might as well be staying in a $ 100 motel. I felt embarrassed for the staff and NZ.

The staff were excellent and all the latest covid procedures were in place and followed. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The bed sagged on one side and we asked to change it The staff did. But it still sagged and we doscovered the box spring had a broken slate The mattress were not high quality for an establisment such as this.We feel there should be more quality control between supervisor and maintenance.

The staff. THE BED IT WAS ADEQUATE

The staff were amazing and really helpful. The hotel seems aged and not progressive. No robes for journeying to the sauna ect. You have to ask for any pots and pans and that's really inconvenient. No tea towel, yet you can wash your plates, cups . The shower took an age to work and I had to fiddle with it for over 10 minutes on and off. No little details that make a stay great. No towel holders near the basin, nowhere to put your soap while in the very difficult to get into shower. The bed was very comfortable, loved it. Very basic without the Great little details that help a good stay, Great. The staff were excellent 👌 I wanted to eat at the restaurant but it wasn't progressive at all. Still making many meat meals. For someone who doesn't eat flesh it was terrible. My friends wouldn't come to dinner either so we went somewhere else unfortunately.

The room was showing wear and tear, cupboards coming off hinges, rust in bathroom. And there was a long hair in the hand towel.

The room was great and a good size, had a lovely view of the Beehive and parliament. The staff were super attentive and kind, quickly sorted out a broken TV remote. The included breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed it.

It'd be great if there was some better options for entertainment in the rooms. SkyTV was a bit dated and there was no guide included to see what was on. Netflix or other streaming services would be way better. Asked if there were any movies we could hire or stream, but the only options were Sky Movie channels.

The room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchenette was really handy and I ate a couple of meals in the room which saved me some time. The restaurant was outstanding! One of the best steak dinners I've ever had. The staff there accommodated my food allergies beautifully and made a bespoke desert for me. Incredibly kind - outstanding customer service.

Road construction outside on the Sunday night. No warning this was happening. We received a knock on the door to see if we wanted restocking. I thought this was for the mini bar. It was for towels, tea, coffee. The bed was not remade. I found this a very odd that the room was not attended too. Nothing in the room mentioned this was the process.

The room was clean, well-appointed and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. There was an excellent heating source which kept the room cosy. The staff were helpful and friendly. While parking at the hotel was fully booked, they did provide an alternative which was useful.

It seemed that the shower was prevented from going past a certain temperature which was a little low for my liking - although I’m sure it would be adequate for most.

The cooking smell all around the lobby and reception area. It was not pleasant. And also when I checked out they charged me $19.00 for breakfast coffee even through my booking was included breakfast for 2 nights. Eventually I paid for it but I wasn't happy what so ever. I want Booking.com to fix this matter.

The room view and the buffet breakfast made up for all our grumbles being so central also was a bonus

Taking my granddaughters for a swim and having to make our through a conference to get to the pool also the public parking was inadequate for certain cars more than 1 guest damaged their vehicle I also didn't appreciate being asked for payment before entering the rooms I thought this was slightly judgemental on behalf of your staff

staff miscommunication, sausages were not fully cooked, the staff informed us it would be buffet but that was not the case, requested and paid for valet parking but my car was left at the hotel parking gate blocking the exit and entrance of other vehicles and more so the reception staff did not know where the car was located. Just to mention but a few
