The staff and the food at the restaurant were great. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Also the taxis at the hotel were really friendly and nice, especially Yamid and Hernando.

The staff at the lobby were not very nice (they seemed angry) and there was only 1 recepcionist at a time. We asked for rooms close to each other about 3 weeks in advance and they located us in different floors. At the room, we had to turn on every lamp separately (4 lamps), there's no ceiling light, it was kinda romantic but inconvenient. The view of our room (713) was the building next door so everyone at the other buiding could see through our window. The safe was not reseted so we could not use it (they fixed it later). The room temperature was nice sometimes but there's no temperature control so when it got too warm we had to open a small window. The shower head was very low, my husband is a little over 7ft tall and had to crouch to fit. We paid extra for a space for a business meeting and there was no wifi (this was 4 hours, no wifi). The manager, Diego, was very nice but there was no solution or gratuity for any of the problems we reported.

The service was excellent, from the front desk to the cleaning lady, really enjoyed, the room service as well!

The room has plenty of space, it’s clean and organized.

There was great variety at breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and kind, the airport pick up and drop off is very convenient and affordable. Totally worths it. It is located in a safe area. The bed was very comfortable.

The room key was getting discharged every day so we had to go to reception at least once per day. The furniture in the room was very outdated as well as at the rooftop bar. We stayed at the studio king suite with sofa bed and it did not meet our expectations. The windows were very old and cold was coming in. We only received one shampoo and body shower even though we were 2 people in the room/Not enough towels. No stationary in the room,no sleepers. For this hotel brand, the facilities were very poor.

There was a very extensive breakfast buffet which they replenished regularly. The room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect and safe for our needs.

The room can be noisy when doors close at 2am and people talk in the the corridors you hear everything. As well we had a door to an adjoining room and could easily hear persons talking late at night.

The restaurant was good!

The way that the personal treat the guest was not good the room need fixes all around they don’t permit my family visit me in my room it was horrible.

There is a very poor air ventilation in the all three rooms I tried. I had troubles breathing and got sick. Also noisy.

The breakfast was rich and great. The room was spacious. The wifi work exceptionally well, which was our priority as one of us had to work during the stay. The staff was professional and helpful, spoke great English. The gym and the sauna was a nice bonus. Good location, close to restaurants and bus stops. Next to the university, so the area was quite nice and safe.

Shame there was no air conditoining as it can get a bit stuffy during warmer days and the windows don't open.

The breakfast was greet but I can see ways they could improve it.

The hotel is a beautiful hotel. It exceeded all my expectations.

The rooms need remodeling. There was no water to drink in the rooms and all of the (5) treadmills at the gym were under maintenance during my stay.

Tatiana and Gabriel at the front desk were very helpful and provided important assistance in getting my PCR test results back from a 3rd party lab. The restaurant was outstanding. The food was excellent and prepared with an artistic touch!

Everything was great. I'll be coming back here for sure. Thank you Hotel Radisson , Bogota Metrotel!

Velvet/material chairs that can collect dust; same as carpets on the corridors. might be better with more slim and ergonomic chair for work desk

I thought there was not often hot water to shower, but you just hsve to wait looooong enough. 😊. Windows don’t keep out much of the noise, so ask a high floor room.
