The AC not working. Too hot in room. If open the window is too noisy can't sleep

The location of the hotel is awesome! It is near (50 steps away) to all the restaurants and clubs in Zona T, yet the street it is located on is very quite (Zara Nike etc. are located in the street). The area is super safe to walk around during the day as well as night and there are lots of shopping places nearby for during the day. The breakfast in the hotel was wonderful, you will enjoy the breakfast each day for sure. Staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. The Rooms are very clean as well. We are very happy with our choice to have stayed at this hotel

The location it was the better thing, and confortable rooms. Breakfast it was great as well.

Everything it was perfect for me.

The location is perfect. I can't imagine stayibg anywhere else after this. The staff was wonderful: Tomás, Dayra, Pedro, Daniel...they all did their best to accommodate me and my wife. She was going for eye surgery and they were very empathetic with all that we requested. Excellent service and courtesy.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. Andres Carne DC restaurant is literally right next door and is definitely worth a visit to eat or drink. The breakfast buffet is good with plenty of options. The people at the reception are very attentative and very helpful.

Poor WIFI in the breakfast area. Personally i think it's slightly expensive for the rooms because they are pretty basic. I booked a deluxe room that should have had a kettle and coffee maker but i had neither in my room.

The hotel is located in a prime location, walkable to bars, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Lots of noise from the street. The rooms are so close, I could also hear the hotel guests next to me.

The hotel is amazing, super clean and beautiful room, with a very comfortable bed. The staff was super friendly, always open doors and asking if you wanted anything. Breakfast was also great. And the location is one of the bests in Bogotá, right in the core of Zone T.

The front desk staff were absolutely awesome in helping me arrange a COVID test. There were problems with the lab and they handled everything for me. They definitely went above and beyond.

The room was quite sparse. Although comfortable and affordable- it felt empty with nothing on the walls or the floor.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Room was very good.

Sometimes the cleaning ladies forgot to put suficient towels and toiletpapers

We were relocated at the Royal Andino, almost across the street because La Boheme was having issues with the water service... and still receiving guests? Yeah right. They were overbooked. At least be honest about it.

The rooms were so noisy at night from the old Aircon system..that is so loud at night .

Slowest wifi, couldn’t work from hotel.
