The view from the room nd restaurant. Nice location. Easy travel to anywhere is city centre and not far from airport. The housekeeper is very nice and friendly when we asked them where to have a nice and good local food.

A bit regret that not able to make the booking for sea view room. Not much choice for the breakfast.

The staff of the hotel were exceptional. They were quick in responding and very helpful. Starting from the reception, room service, restaurant , conceige desk they were really very welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Suresh ( hotel manager) who arranged a vegetarian breakfast for us. hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very good. The Filipino market is just a stone throw away. The jetty point for island tour is also hardly a 5 minutes drive. For Indian families, there is an Indian Hotel named Kohinoor which is at a walking distance from the hotel.

The room, staff, facilities was great.. have swimming pool n gym. Got free private parking which was veryyy good. Breakfast also delicious.

The personnel was excellent, I felt at home.

The people of the hotel where friendly and helpful - however, only the seniors/management were knowledgeable. The younger employees were clueless most of the time and made so so so many mistakes.

1. The price - the hotel was supposed to be "top end" and it was evident by the rest of the guests that most likely were paying a different local price than the price the foreigners have to pay. With that in mind the hotel tried to squeeze out every penny from the guests (late checkout, breakfast promotions etc). 2. The food - was just OK, breakfast and dinner nothing special and tasty. 3. Noise levels - the 13th floor that was my room originally was extremely noisy (as the staff started working at 600 in the morning without respecting the quiet hours and the fact that this is a hotel). 4. Maintenance of the facilities was not to a price of 400+MYR per night

The friendly staff on Reception. We booked a day out to go snorkelling and without hesitation the concierge gave us a small bag with blue towels and two bottles of water, simply fantastic! The Executive Lounge was absolutely 1st class and an absolute diamond place to relax. The sea view from our room was simply breathless!

The pool is missing the sea view due to the trees being allowed to grow too high. if the trees could be capped and controlled then the pool could be an amazing facility.

The food are excellent!

No manual for lavatory. Some people (muslim) couldnt find ways to wash after using the toilet

The ambiance, the room, the breakfast menu. Everything was superb. It just that the staff seems like limited and most of the room are closed perhaps due to the effect of MCO and limited tourist. Only room at level 13 and 14 seems open to the customer. However, the staff never failed to satisfied us with their smile and execellent services.

Strategic location easy access to nearby popular destination. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. We paid for an upgrade to the oceanfront room, which was worth the price. The sea views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, we enjoyed had a variety of breakfast options and was flavorful!! Besides, i don’t need to walk far as the philipine market just in front of the hotel. This is a hotel i will definitely stay again.

Staffs friendly. Locations superb, walking distance to fish market, waterfront night Market etc. Room is very spacious and with good view. Gym looks well equipped and facing good view. Rooftop bar is amazing. The band can sing all languages, from English to Korean to Chinese pop songs lol. You named it, she sings it.

At the price of RM 400/night + a 4.5star grade hotel, I would expect at least a CLEAN room. It was disappointed that The room carpet, sofa chair, wall have stains everywhere. Room services never top up toilet rolls or anything to the matter. Exterior window is so dirty that it contaminate the good view it has (and I requested for sea view). The pool: hotel advertised its outdoor pool with great view. However, the pool itself looks kind of dirty. Water was cloudy I feel, the chair also full of stains! Don't even feel like sitting there. We had a scary experience with the lift! None of the lift could close for proper function during strong wind. Staff at ground floor came to help but our lift stopped at level 2 and same thing happened, so we still stuck.

Spacious room, nice bathroom. Check-in and check-out process were a breeze.

There were 2 layers of pillows and they only replaced the top ones. The ones at the back were really smelly. The carpet and the sofa were stained.
