Nov 2021we had booked one night with dinner and breakfast. but the food was not good. there was foul smell in the chicken at the Indian Live kitchen. Honestly we had booked it for my birthday but did not want to spoil my evening arguing to anyone so we just had pizza and mutton along with some salads. Food was not as expected. sadly the breakfast was awful we regret booking it for the occasion. :(

Even two sockets were not working ....only thing we did not want to spoil our mood so we overlooked it..but overall it was pathetic as per 5 star hotel ...Eros in Nehru place is much better be it food room everything and for that reason Leela did not even meet up top the standard of 4 star.

Nov 2022We arrived at around 5 pm with a flight the following morning at 2.40 am. We were offered a late 5 pm checkout which was nice, but we decided to upgrade to one of the 6 suites, which was lovely and having the extra space and views was awesome. Sadly I ended up having food poisoning, the head chef and staff were very sorry and accommodating to our needs and kindly offered us an 11 pm checkout. The onsite Dr prescribed the medicine I needed which was one step closer to getting better for my flight home. It was a one-off and the management did everything to make me feel better.
The Leela was everything would want in a 5-star hotel, it's close to the airport if that is what you need in a layover hotel. It's glitzy enough to offer bling and style. Good choice of restaurants. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast.
The access to the pool was a bit odd, had to go through the entrance of the banquet hall to reach it! so not very personal. The pool size was great, 25m I think, so great for doing laps. The Spa was nice, could have been bigger with more facilities but overall OK.

The Rooms need to cleaned and sanitized and also the instruments act the functioning of the lights , phones etc need to be checked before the room is handed over
Don’t do it if you are celebrating a special day, nothing special about this hotel.

Leela should be taken off this property as nothing apart from the staff of the uniform says it’s Leela. No attention to detail. if you are expecting Leela experience please don’t waste your time. it is a over used, run down hotel for corporates and wedding. don’t celebrate your special days here. it was our fault that we thought we could celebrate a day here.
it was a fun stay for my daughter and I. it was a “Shopcation” where we shopped at the mall and walked back to the room

Mar 2022The Leela has an excellent and consistently good breakfast spread. It is also located next to a very large mall, right off the highway, but tucked away just enough for it to not have road noise. The staff here are also very friendly and will attend to your needs.
As a popular wedding venue, there were four weddings over our 5 day stay. This made the hotel extremely noisy with parties extending late into the night, and beginning at 10am which boomed through the hotel. It was a very uncomfortable room to sleep in. Furthermore, the bathrooms are terribly designed with glass partitions and doors that don't shut fully.

Jul 2022The hotel was exceptionally well maintained. Supper duper staff and most important, Mr. Ankit at breakfast restaurant, he was amazing and very well taken care of us. He was very quick, handing multiple customer at the same time, very very supportive. I wish him very well in his life.
I prefer to stay in the same property, whenever I travel to gurgaon.

If you want the most amazing stay in Gurgaon, then it can be none other than the LEELA's!
Feb 2022The experience at entrance with reception staff, they were very polite, quick not wasting any time they ensured quick check-in, which is most important for any one and thats something missed in most of hotels, then the basic room was also better than the premium rooms at other hotels, this is just an amazing place to stay with nothing negative, i would say!
