we stayed at the property as we were flying to Maldives’s the next day excellent service and hospitality. We have rebooked for the 25th Aug. myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay so looking forward to coming back!

We love everything about the hotel. The staffs were very friendly. Love the room, the dining area, the bar...

We went home with an auto-rickshaw once. The gatekeeper won't let us in. I'm not sure if it's the hotel's policy, though. If so, no hard feelings. I had to walk from the gate to the lobby with a crutch since I recently had knee surgery.

We had a brilliantly sweet lady Rachna who helped us wayyy too much .. she was very sweet . She made our stay very amazing

Was there on the 10th Jan night with my son. Reached pretty late at the check in as my flight was delayed at the last minute. On top of that I made a wrong booking at the hotel due to which I literally lost a night's stay, but the lady at the counter was very helpful. She helped me with a non smoking room with breakfast included. The room was clean and nice, but I must say, was quite an old built.

Was left a bit confused by the option of a transient room room showing up as the first choice even though I had clearly entered a night stay when choosing the search option while us booking.com. unfortunately I selected the transient room in a hurry because it was 1 o clock at night I had an autistic child pushing me to go sleep. Sadly I ended up paying money for the transient room.

Very satisfying experience. The hotel is well situated close to the airport, with soundproof rooms no noise from outside (could hear the next room though). I stayed in a superior room 4th floor, facing the pool or garden is better than the road. Very comfortable bed with high-quality beddings, pillow selection. I would love if The hotel should allow opening room windows to make the stay more comfortable, as sitting all day sealed room with AC is a little cagy ( I had to work long hours). They say it's a security reason- not sure from what though. Bathroom glass surfaces would need more cleaning otherwise very clean. You find shampoo, soap, shower gel, dental kit, make-up remover pads, comb, shower cap, lotion. Excellent food. I tried also their 'The great kabab factory' restaurant- insanely good & great experience, wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend especially if you are foody. Millind, my waiter, was very professional, attentive, and shared his wisdom about the food and history behind it as it is ancient authentic royalty cuisine. Much appreciated. Breakfast with excellent choices: fresh juices, fruits, a big selection of warm dishes (Indian, international, dosa, egg etc.), cold dishes, pastry, breads (sadly not gluten-free options, except one type if you ask), and so on. Also gluten-free, hope even more options will be added in the future, as well more options of plant milk (now they only had soya). Stunning swimming pool, sunbeds, spa, fitness center. I had an amazing spa experience (body scrub and foot massage, the therapist was very skilled and professional). Included in the room is visiting the Finnish sauna and steam room at the spa area, the rest of the services extra charge ( a bit on the pricy side).

The spa locker room facility area is dated and would need refreshing. AC little noisy side. Hotels should place the AC so it is not blowing directly to the bed (unhealthy) and upgrade the systems. These days you can find super quiet ones. No soundproof btw room inner walls. Not be able to open the window.
