Jun 2019The staff Guest Services Representative names Fritz was very very helpful in accommodating our needs.
The internet connection was terrible and needs improving. Also not accommodating for families as they only have twin and long beds, that's seems to be the norm in the Philippines though.

The hotel is not well maintained and the staff are not coordinated. The expensive rate didn’t match the service and experience we received during our stay. The common necessities for our room (towels, toiletries, water, etc) were either not delivered/available to our rooms or we had to constantly remind the staff. Our room is dusty and had a foul smell. The towels in our bathroom have a funny smell and stains that looks like blood. This is just wrong. I will not return to this hotel again :(

Mar 2020Rooms are spacious and king beds available. And people are really nice and helpful. Location is perfect too because it is walking distance to several malls and markets. There’s a salon and massage parlor on site. Best of all, free breakfast is great! Love the food and the variety.

Aug 2022our current stay is quiet horrible. I paid for a deluxe room in this hotel but my experience was beyond terrible for this hotel as I am very particular with cleanliness.
The night that we came in the hotel? the 7k? there is a cockroach inside the room. I couldnt afford to transfer to a different hotel anymore as its already late in the evening and I am with my little boy. I was offered with a different room but its equally disturbing. The toilet too is filled with molds to think that their rate is pricey compare with the other hotels.
Their lounge looks nice so dont be deceived. I seriously never been in a hotel with cockroaches . WHEN I LOOKED INTO THE REVIEWS ONLINE APPARENTLY ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT GUEST HAVE ENCOUNTERED COCKROACHES IN THEIR PROPERTY.
I am feeling dizzy so I asked to be left in the room and theres three menjust beside the window who have been talking non stop and dragging metals all through out. It feels like they are with me in the room.
I decided to speak to the manager as I couldnt take it anymore and its been how many hours since the workers has been talking non stop and dragging metals outside my room. The manager offered for a compensation but I requested for a refund of the room they have taken my details and have promise to refund one of the room, when I really think all should be refunded. I also expected to get the refund over the counter as I paid by cash in the property but it didnt went that way.
I have informed the operational manager that there are even cockroaches on the buffet area, they said that they are already addressing it but the reviews online about the coxkroaches has been posted months ago already.
First is the hygiene,next is the the comfort. My family is use in travelling and for this amount of money ?
Its extremely disappointing. You dont even know how safe you will be.

Oct 2022Its above average than the other hotels in Legazpi. Wifi connection is ok, considering that Legazpi has poor internet connection with regular power outages
1. The breakfast buffet was so so… some of the items are not replenished, if they were, it took time for the staff to do so (you have to ask them).
2. Our door was left open by the cleaners on our 2nd day- the whole day, and I mean literally OPEN! Good thing nothing was stolen for our laptops were in the room. I reported it to the front desk the night I arrived from our business meeting, but there was no action taken as far as I know, because they never contacted me to apologize or provide an update.

Oct 2022Breakfast was great. Room was great. Shower and bathroom great. Bed was great. AC was great. Internet was good. TV was great. Stayed at end of hall - no noise. Enjoyed this hotel best of all... Friday night buffet and live music !!! Wonderful... Security was top notch !!! Near to everything !!!!
