Oct 2021Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and room were clean and Covid-protocols were in place and enforced. Will definitely be visiting the city again and for sure would stay at the hotel again
My ONLY complaint - The doorman’s cologne was extremely overwhelming…to the point of being nauseating :(

didn’t have facilities in the. bedroom like coffee, tea or infusions like other hotels has. no privacy, the staff came many times in the room with our permission using their own key.
the heater didn’t work.

I only wish I spoke Spanish, only one or two staff spoke broken English (if you are visiting, I highly suggest being able to speak Spanish, not many in Bogota speak English).

Maybe that the check in was a little slow and that there's just 3 hours for breakfast (7am to 10am); it should have been until 12 like in any other hotek.

Sep 2021The people was nice except for one receptionist. The bed was very nice. Food was good, like I say the cleaning was not great at all. Bathroom had a funny smell.
I felt like I paid a lot for a place that was not very clean. The bathroom is my dirtiest places.

I hope that they would serve breakfast until 11 am, but this is not a big deal.

Hallway carpet is very old, loud music, lots of people attending to a conference walking on the guest area. Mini bar prices like water very expensive. Most hotels don’t charge for water.

Mar 2020Service was always great .. And check inn was excellent even having problem with my credit card on the first night, they make it easy for me until next day when everything was back to normal with credit card. Music at the lobby during night time was amazing.
