Very friendly welcoming from the staff, with room upgrade and fruit platter, as well as late checkout that exceeded my expectations. Especially a young lady called Florence. Really enjoyed the staff attentiveness and proactivity.

The rooms could be refreshed. It's a bit classic for my personal taste, but it's still very spacious, clean and centrally located.

The warm welcome of Mr. mamdoh at the reception was really amazing . I would like to congratulate the management of crown plaza to have such a kind person . Many thank mr. Mamdoh

In general was overall great

The rooms were nice and comfortable to stay for a couple of days with a nice view. The location is good and close to malls and metro stations however not in the immediate center of the city for touristic stays. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

Breakfast seemed somewhat expensive, therefore I didn’t book it

The room space is large and breakfast’s good. The equipment in gym center is quite good. Most staff are nice.

1.The check-in is extremely slowly and surprised that the room is not ready when we arrived at 4pm! We waited for over 1 hour to get room ready after we waited at the reception desk. 2.the entrance for the gym is too far away from the hotel room which make guests inconvenient especially in the cold winter.

The receptionist Miss Peggy is very nice, attentive and helpful. Near the hotel there are shopping malls and right next to the hotel there are plenty of restaurants. It is near the metro station too. It is very appreciated that the hotel provides clean kits that includes masks and hand sanitizer.

The facilities of the hotel is a bit obsolete.

the hotel is located near No.5 Taojin station, not too far to Guangzhou east railway station . Room facility is adequate with cosy accommodation. Good sanitation, scented pillow, moderate mattress，and sizable bathtub. as IHG member it offers free afternoon tea, which is a bonus.

the outdoor swimming pool, integrated with the out-layers of the hotel and had a good post at glance though, did not provide a good experience for swimmers,especially at a windy day with slight rain

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel service is outstanding, amiable and helpful.

The western cuisines aren't so great. Their desserts are outstanding, though.
