Dupont Motels

The room was spacious and clean and a good size kitchenette. I had inadvertently left something behind in the unit, so when I rang to follow up about half an hour after we left, the person who answered the phone went and had a look and found my belongings and put them aside for me to go and collect. In addition, we needed to make a cheese platter for a function we were going to, there wasn't one in the unit so we asked if we could borrow one, which they gladly supplied, so very accommodating.

The shower was not great, the water was coming out less than half the holes in the shower rose, it needs a good clean to unblock the holes or a new shower rose. Also some of the lights weren't working. Getting the attention of Reception was a bit of a mission, the bell didn't seem to work and even though I knocked and called no one came to the office. In the end I had to phone them while I was standing in Reception to get some attention. Just as well I am an honest person !!

There was no fridge in the room when we arrived. We requested one and a new one was brought to the room, albeit a few hours later. Sky box didn't work, employee tried to fix but didn't work. Shower pressure in unit 4 was excellent.

Sky box didn't work. Room was pretty run down. Spaghetti of cords behind TV. Room could use a re-vamp and i suspect there were bed bugs.

The reception was friendly when I got to room the tv was not working they fixed it straight away

The outside advertised picture is not what room they give you you are placed somewhere down the back in a single level which I found a let down you know I just think they should be honest and show pics of them aswell

I paid for 2 bedroom villa but upon arrival due to damaged shower was downgraded to 1 bedroom unit however the hotel still charged me for the two bedroom I didn’t stay in upon requesting an adjustment they declined to adjust be very careful with this hotel . rooms has muggy smell

The beds were nice

The tv was fuzzy to the point you couldn’t watch it. And the sky didn’t work properly

We couldn't get the T.V. to work to start with, so tried ringing the office for some help, but the phone in our room didn't work. I then went down to the office to ask for help, but it was closed. It was 9pm and in the compendium it said office hours were until 9.30pm. Also the bedside clock in our room didn't work. For the money we paid, I thought it was pretty poor.

Tv was smashed Damaged walls nd floors Damaged bed

Shower head broken, kitchen mixer broken, Tv remote broken. I got a screw driver for work and fixed shower so I could have a good shower. Shower curtain to small so all of bathroom got wet . The bed was very old and worn out . For $160 a night I won’t be going back

No breakfast, not offered.
