They had a decent gym and location was perfect.

A couple of the guests were loud and could be heard in middle of night.

The staff was very kind and courteous, and assisted our group when a friend in the party lost his passport and coordinated with the police in order to inform and update us on the whereabouts of said passport. After it was found, the staff continued to relay to the police with quick replies in order for an amicable decision to take place. I thank them for their service.

There were no dislikes towards the staff nor the location of the hotel. Everything was exceptional and clean.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel provides lots of on-the-house amenities. It’s in a perfect location with Okubo station being a 2 min walk away and Shin-Okubo station being a 5 min walk away.

We encountered a problem when checking out. We checked out very early in the morning so we could catch our train to another city. When checking out, we handed in our key cards and the receptionist that morning stated we did not need to make any payments and could go. I received a message from the reception hours after checking out stating that I had not paid my remaining outstanding fees and had not returned my key cards (there must have been a miscommunication). This proved an issue as we were already in another city and we’re not able to come back without forking out a lot of money. Whilst the reception was helpful in assisting me with fixing the issue via messages and making the payment electronically, this should have been sorted when we checked out. I appreciate the staff for helping out, but this did cause some additional stress after my stay

The room is spacious with a big window. The location is perfect, easy access by the trains and surrounded by local restaurants and grocery. Shinjuku is in a walking distance.

I’ve been to tokyo multiple times and I always stay in a different area everytime and I must say, this has to be one of my favorites! it was extremely spacious and the location was great! lots of food in the area and the train station was a 7 min walk. will highly recommend!!!

the location was very near the station, it was nearby a lot of restaurants, I came during the first day of snow so it s a memorable trip. there was also a free laundry room on the basement and free CDs to watch. enjoyed the bathtub after a snowy day outside. and the carpet was clean. property was clean.

the ventilation inside the room. it was kind of dry, maybe because you cant open the window so there was no much air inside.

The location is fantastic - 2 mins to Okubo Station and 6 mins to Shin-Okubo Station. My room was spacious and had a great view of the Tokyo Skytree. I loved the Japanese style bath! It was convenient to have the kitchenette. I enjoyed my stay!

Due to Covid, I had to book the gym in advance so that only one person could use it during each time slot (which is completely understandable). I wasn't sure if they disinfected the room and equipment between different users though. I used the gym almost everyday and sometime it didn't look clean enough to me...

The hotel was conveniently next to an Aeon supermarket and close to Okubo/Shin Okubo station that easily connects to the major areas. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations in terms of service, English comprehension and extremely knowledgeable when it came to location questions. While the rooms were not cleaned everyday, the room itself was super clean and the beds comfortable. Best of all, it was generously spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

Cleaning was only once every couple of days, but it made sense because when a staff cleaned the rooms, they cleaned for hours! The reason why I can attest to that was because I left the hotel at 10am, and came back at around 3-4pm, the room next door was still being cleaned which to me the hotel takes a lot of measure to ensure the room has been deep cleaned to ensure the health safety of the next guest. Have to mention that the dryers took forever for clothes to dry, but that was pretty much it. Everything else was great.

The hotel is within Shinjuku ward. There are grocery shops, cafes, Domino pizza around the corner from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and just right in firmness. the bathroom is super clean and modern.

The hotel is located one station ride away from the Shinjuku station. it’s somewhat away from the city center. The sofa and floor carpet are being worn out. There are multiple cracks on the walls. The biggest negative is the noise from upstairs. you hear every step of whoever is walking around above you. The staffs are polite but less than Japanese standard. They lack the hospitality mindset. Just bunch of clericals almost.

The beds were SUPER comfortable! It’s close to a good station in a nice area. The views outside the windows are nice.

For some reason even though we got an apartment with dishes they charged for dish soap??? I don’t know how we’d keep it clean for them if we have to pay for the stuff to keep it clean. Also it was totally not what I expected from the pictures I had seen on booking.

Stayed in the family suite. Size was great. View from the room was excellent. If you are traveling with family or kids it is perfect. For two people, I actually do not recommend this room, as it was large, but not cozy/personal. Hence it makes sense that it is a "family suite." The hotel didn't have suites for just two people. The only extra-large rooms are family/apartments with tons of beds.

- 10am checkout time too early. We felt rushed out in the morning, especially after a fun night out the night before. You should change the checkout time to 11am, or bare minimum, 1030am. - The bathtub drain didn't work well. When water accumulated / didn't drain from the bathtub, it also accumulated on the floor in the bathroom. - We turned the air conditioning maximum cool to 20 degrees celsius, but the room still felt hot, making it difficult to sleep.

Spacious, great facilities and location. Not in centre of shinjuku but a nice quiet close by location. Bath in room and washing machine.

while some staff were excellent some were downright rude , refusing to help me call the hospital for an appt and hanging up on me . should improve black out curtains
