Jan 2022We were book for 7 nights and stayed there for 6 nights. One night should be refunded to our credit card.
1. They served me only 1 1/2 table spoon of rice last Jan. 26.
2. The shower is not easy to operate. Most of the time is hot water only.

I have to clean and changed the bedding & all, i know i am on quarantine stay but still the price rate included the services you suppose to get but you don’t because you are on a quarantine stay, We already in isolation i think a little bit of extra effort to make our stay more like a Guest not as like a patient with a disease can at least help us to enjoy the 10 days inside a room, i think there are some possible safety measures for Housekeeping so they get the job done right..

Jul 2021The wifi service was very good, and full marks to the hotel for providing an HDMI cable connected to the TV for connecting a laptop.
The room layout and seat furniture were sub-par. What's the use of a sitting chair that faces the beds? AC rarely got cold. But worst of all is 40% of the time the room service did not have what I wanted to order, which was royally lame when in quarantine and unable to order grab, or eat outside.

Room is clean and nice, WI fi is excellent.
The restaurant in the second floor is very nice and the roofdeck as well.
Location is great, lots of restaurants and coffee shops are around.
I had a very nice stay there
One negative point is the noise caused by the guests who kept coming in and out specifically after midnight I wasn't able to sleep at all the first night bcoz of the doors slamming and loud voices in the corridor, hotel management has to take a firm actions about that kind of careless guests.

Oct 2021The quarantine days. We were only booked for 5 days then it bec 7 days but we know it wasn't the facility's fault. The other twin bed was not done when we checked into the room.

It would be better if giving of water for drinking is a little generous too, I tried to be so thrifty drinking water because I can only have like 3 bottles for every 3 days consumption and it's not enough. I can't really buy in a big bottle not available also it is not allowed to buy outside...

Jan 2023The hotel didn’t come to our expectations paid for executive suite got up graded to penthouse suite I’ll never do it again. Breakfast if you are a phillipino then fine but if you’re a foreigner then forget it stay in bed and have lunch at the HARD ROCK BAR great place.

Hmm, let's think, not much, only two elevators, created long waiting times. stressful and at times almost pushy prepayment communication for a small meeting room. After breakfast clothing and body smell like frying pan

Nov 2022The housekeeping were noisy while cleaning the room beside us we were disturb in our sleep. Walls or doors - noise can be heard easily from the outside or hallway.
