Oasia Hotel Novena, Singapore by Far East Hospitality

The pool and the Hotel location, also the Staffs were very kind.

They did not change the towers everyday, but i didnt ask them why and i also didnt ask for additional towers^^

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, and they also had a special cocktail hour where they served food and drinks. The staff in the restaurant was so nice and welcoming and they even gave us a box of delicious chocolates when we left. The room was big, clean and bright and the view was great. We had some free juices in the room, also coffee. It is in a very good location, close to MRT Novena station (you can take the elevator from the hotel and you can go straight to the station), several buss stations, malls, restaurants and other shops.

We had to change rooms after the first night because there was a loud noise coming from what we assumed was a ventilator and a knocking sound that kept us awake. The sound of the ventilator persisted in the second room as well accompanied by a very (very) annoying clapping sound that could be heard every 3 seconds.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Room was old and small. Club lounge spread is limited. No free parking for booking through booking.com

Location was very good with good transportation links. Didn’t like the fact that if you booked at reception it was one price for breakfast but if you turned up at the restaurant it was considerably more even though we were residents. This put us off so only ate there once.

Room was smaller than expected with very little storage. Very clean & comfortable Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay the increase in tax even though we paid for the room in full 3 weeks before arrival

It’s worth it to pay for the access to the 22nd floor. Very convenient for the MRT

Great hospitality. Counter staffs are friendly.

I had a big group of family at different levels. Too many lift transfers.
