The location is very strategic to food restaurant. Jusf like food paradise. Very easy to find food. Not too far from the beach too. But if you wanna go to the beach near tanjung bungah. You may need a car. I dont have transport but its just nice locality. The room also great. But not come with really great service act. Hope to be serve with many thing more like coffee sachet and sanitary would be nice. Maybe can ask at the receptionist but i dont know cause i have rush trip. But overall its just nice and okayh. 8/10. Gonna book here if come again. The staff really nice for real.

The elevator broke down😭 but its okayh the stair not too high hehe. Everything is ok. Hope for more sanitary and things at rooms!

The location is good as it's near to pharmacy, 7/11 and walking distance around 5 min to beach

Lift was out of service so we have to use staircase to 2nd floor. Water heater was not working on 2nd day. Queen bed mattress was hard but single bed was comfortable

The location and spacious room.

The water pipe was leaking terribly, pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and kettle didn't work.

The family room has a good size, big bathroom/toilet and a sink. The bed and pillow was comfy. The location was good with lots of convenient shops, food stalls, restaurants and petrol station nearby.

For Muslims guess the room has a very narrow and limited space for praying. The elevator was out order and hassle to carry big bag to second floor. The room wall was not sound proof and it was very noisy when kids were screaming and running around the second floor. I wish there was iron & iron board on the every floor. Please have extra pillow in the room. Please provide a clean bed sheet.

Staff are very friendly. Decent sized room for a good price. Nice bathroom facilities. TV and WiFi available. Laundrette and washing facilities nearby. Close to a few restaurants and a 7-eleven. Within walking distance to the 101/102 bus stop. Drinking water available for topping up bottles or kettle.

Tired and tatty. Stained sheets, lights broken, doors falling apart (wood chipping off in chunks at the bottom). No fridge facilities and limited power outlets. View isnt nice (looks over an abandoned car park). Must be very close to a mosque I think as the prayer music /speaker is extremely loud even in the bedroom..plumbing is loud when guests are using the bathroom. The bass vibrations from the air con is so loud it gave me a headache and I had to turn the whole thing off. The hallway actually looks like its a converted old prison.

Some to eat n beach n shopping all are nearby. Even petrol station n mcd is like a two min walk. Awesome Pakistani shop wt variety of meals

I don't like its bed . I got tilted bed which is my head goes down when I sleep . Kinda frustrated. Don't have plug for kettle. Room 127 . Room is not soundproof. Heater not function as well.

Bathroom not clean, can see black dirt at the tiles. Switch for heater broken almost got electrocuted...

The lift should be well maintained. Some of the lights in the room not working

stay at level 2. but lift doesnt work. imagine with two babies and bags. too tiring. if you had toddlers and baby here is not a good choice

Cleaness is so bad, the matress is spoiled, the bathroom didnt wash

Blackout on 1am

A big family with kids moved in,and the kids were very noisy and disturbing even during midnight. The staff didn't do anything about it
