May 2022Where it's situated close to town and all the amenities
First room tv didn't work 2nd room better than the first room but tv reception poor first room had a plastic bowl for a sink not great thank goodness the tv didn't work 😬
We had a good stay. The accommodation was good, a little expensive.
Feb 2022We were upgraded. Location is good to the queens wharf and most of the town. Room was clean and neat. Bathroom was great, water pressure superb. Room was good.
There was only a closet in the one room so it made it difficult for two woman to be getting dressed at the same time in the morning. The doors to the bathroom opening onto the kitchen, made it difficult not knowing if someone was behind the door when you came out of the bathroom. Maybe a sliding door would be less of a hassle.
Pleasantly surprised by the modern feel inside. We really enjoyed our stay
Feb 2022We were pleasantly surprised to be given a family suite with king sized bed & 2 singles as the add said a pull out couch, so that was wonderful. It was very clean and bedding was great.
4 towels would have been good as we booked for 4 people but only got 2 towels. A blind on the kitchen window would have made the room darker so that we could have got a better nights sleep.

Jan 2022We loved the proximity to the wharf and museum. We especially loved the on site free parking, that was ultimately what made us choose this place in the end. The bed was very comfortable and well supplied. Older unit which was fine and kitchen had been updated.
Receptionist wasn't overly friendly; she was on Facebook when we arrived and couldn't find our booking even when i showed her our booking reference number.
No sky channels. Only 5 freeview channels to choose from and we were exhausted from driving and just wanted to chill in front of the tv.
Mould in bathroom and coffee stains on the bedside table which would indicate that it hadn't been serviced thoroughly. Also old food stains on the end of bed comforter.

May 2022We didn't like the room that I originally chose, but we were able to upgrade the room category for an additional fee and we were given a choice of two other rooms. We had a deluxe room and were satisfied. Parking in the yard was free and this is a huge plus for the central location. Room was modern and clean with daily housekeeping

Oct 2022The staff in the reception were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave luggage before and after our check in and departure times. I was also allowed to stay longer in my room as the flight we were taking was late afternoon. This was organized just through a conversation with the motel cleaners who very nicely unbeknown to me spoke to the manager and they moved onto other rooms so I could stay in my room longer, it was very much appreciated.
The bathroom could be freshened up with a coat of paint and a new mirror.

Feb 2023The location was great, right by the centre city but still quiet at night. The rooms were fantastic, so clean and set up amazingly. The owners were so polite and helpful, we even booked a second room because of how nice it was.
The only thing is the sign looks a little run down and made us think it wasn't going to be a nice stay. Boy, we were wrong!

Oct 2021The family room space was perfect I loved the 2 sliding doors open on each side of the apartment to get the cool windy Wellington fresh air. The beds were so comfortable we all slept very well. Everything available to cook a meal. Definitely highly recommend!
The table in our room was not level had to put cardboard underneath one leg to level it out so it didn't wobble when we were eating our meal.
