Feb 2022Very hospitable, friendly and courteous staff. The rooms have high ceilings making it look bigger and more spacious. Beds are well kept and the bathroom is big and very comfortable. Overall, it was one of our best stays ever if not the best and we felt safe and welcomed the entire time.
There are some ongoing renovations and restrictions in some parts of the hotel but it's quite understandable given the current pandemic.

Aug 2022This is a deluxe hotel with five star services throughout from check-in, to pool service, to laundry to room cleaning. Elegant spacious rooms and bathrooms are a delight. The buffet breakfast at Spectrum is outstanding and very good value - in addition to all the international favourites and a range of Asian options, there is a wonderful choice of Filipino dishes and pastries which the staff are only to happy to guide you through. As one might expect, the fruit is wonderfully varied and of the highest quality.
The location of the hotel adjacent to several malls and, in particular, Greenbelt means that there are a wide range of both stylish formal and casual dining options on the doorstep. I’d also recommend the Ayala Museum nearby for those with a few hours to spare and an interest in Filipino history and culture. The Salcedo Saturday market is a fun activity on a Saturday morning and an easy walk from the hotel.
All the staff are delightful and eager to please : I’d particularly commend Alyssa at front desk and Jullian at the Concierge for really going the extra mile to make my stay smooth and enjoyable.

Apr 2022The wifi was fast and stable! and the breakfast was extraordinary in terms of its variety and quality. The bed and shower were also wery clean and comfortable and the staff incredibly nice and hardworking. Highly recommend to anyone passing through manila.

Breakfast either in restaurants or at lunch mainly is Philippines food and very limited international food and with less quality.

The use of credit card is not safe. Someone used my credit card after our check out. I only used my credit card in that hotel. so be careful

We arrived from the airport with a cancelled flight. We have 7 luggages total and I asked the concierge to take the luggage from the taxi. From the three concierge no one got up to take it. I have to say is this a 5 star hotel or not? The reception saw what happened and apologized on their behalf.

Sep 2022The bed and the pillows are the best for us, breakfast was great too. Its very near shopping malls even has direct access from the hotel. The staff were all kind and very attentive. The cafe lounge vibe is superb, its where we chill most of the time, very relaxing, drinks were great too. Overall, its a good stay.
One of the rooms we booked was not ready at 3pm check in time, the card keys were given to us after an hour. They apologized and we understood however, this is not our expectation from a 5-star hotel.
Wonderful Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Staycation
Nov 2022Thank you to the Fairmont team for taking care of my sister and brother in law during their stay. I gifted them this staycation for a double celebration - birthday and wedding anniversary - and they had certainly enjoyed it. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Fairmont Gold on their first night as well as the cake and wine sent to the room. Definitely a wonderful memory for them.

Carpet in the room could use a good all around cleaning. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Shade of floor standing lamp needs tightening.

Jul 2022-STAFF. The Gold lounge staff at Fairmont are exceptional in their service! There was a slight hiccup in the middle of our stay, and staff member Brina personally made sure that the issue was addressed. She went above and beyond to help us. The other staff members in the lounge are excellent too. And so are the cleaners. Very attentive service all around.
-GOLD LOUNGE FOOD, DRINKS, AND AMBIENCE. The Gold lounge itself is well worth the little extra price. The food and drinks--especially for the breakfast service--are delicious. The evening cocktails are also a treat. The quiet ambience of the place is very welcome as well.
-POOL. The swimming pool tends to be quiet in the early mornings. Perfect for a relaxing dip. The amenities are well-maintained, so one can really relax.
-DECOR. I can't really make sense of what the interior design of the hotel is all about. It's not a big bother though.

Jun 2022staff is superb from guard bellboy to reception, the food was great but would love to see a very good breakfast buffet, felt it was just few choices, like local filipino delicacy like suman biko puto sapin sapin bibingka , to showcase more filipino food which i think is very under rated , with fairmont a display of very good filipino cuisine would really be good
i inform when i checked in that i was upgraded, to raffle, from a very long trip it feels not upgraded it feels downgraded ,means there was no room for you, it was given to another guest , the least you want to k ow from a tiring trip . i dont knkw if you feel the same way the room was huge and nice though .

Apr 2022It doesn't have a feel of a luxury hotel anymore. Our faucet leaked the first night then the outlet also broke. Facilities (eg TV, controls etc) are outdated.
Breakfast was a disaster. We booked as a family and indicated the age of our kid. Usually, when we book to include breakfast the price adjust to how many persons we booked. I checked in and they didn't told me that the kid was not included on what I paid for. Then they asked me while having breakfast to sign a bill for my kids breakfast! Its really weird because that was already the 2nd day! I said no one told me that my kid was not included not during the check in or the 1st day we had breakfast. And the managers kept on talking and explaining to me while im in still not finished eating. Im actually willing to pay but im already getting annoyed since we also had an incident the day before when they sent my wife and kids upstairs because they were wearing hotel.slippers which is also weird since i see people wearing bathroom slippers.
I had a great experience 3 yrs ago but i guess things already went downhill. Won't.recommend.
