The shower, the glass wall doesn't stop the water and all bathroom is plenty of water after a shower.

Staff are awesome and accommodating. Ita super close to the mall and restaurants

Wifi is intermittent and slow. Light inside the room is a little dim and one bulb is flickering

Rooms were fine, no complaints

Accommodations were good and clean. Only two towels supplied but after requesting a few hand towels and two more pillows they were brought swiftly. Breakfast was awful. There were two more guests in the dining room when we arrived at 8:15 am. After ordering we waited for more than 30 minutes to get served. The omelet was completely dry so I returned it. The bread was also dry to the bone. Fruit salad had probably been sitting in the fridge for maybe two days and was dry and completely unattractive. I had to ask for coffee but my wife was ignored. Simply really bad. The hotel will probably claim the service and quality to Covid as most places do nowadays. I stayed at this hotel just a few weeks ago and both good quality and service was much better, maybe just had luck. The same tune of really bad funeral music played during our one hour breakfast and the waiter said it was the same music that played in the mall. Note, the mall was still closed at that time and I think the hotel has nothing to do with the mall. I may stay here again hoping things will change.

Room Boy assigned in the floor is attentive and very friendly, as well with the front desk upon check inn and check out. location is great since our project is near the area, even traffic is bad accessible to food, buy stuffs that is not included in your trip.

expecting that the free stuff at the toilet have a comb also, FCU controller needs maintenance, a bigger TV though i seldom use it, at least 4 pillows per room regardless a twin beds or queen size beds. the Garden area at the restaurant can be converted to a nice and great Al fresco area-if they have tables in it I'm sure that will be our breakfast area for 3 days.

we have already checked out and about to leaving. then after 10 mins send a security come to ask who am I while I’m sitting at the lobby. bring us back like a criminal for penalty 8000 peso because they think we are smoking in the room. WITHOUT RECIPES. I doubt they get the money for their own tips.

Staff are very friendly. Room is clean and comfortable and of course close to the mall.

No Saftybox ,I want to change my reservation but the Communication was very Very difficult !

. I paid my reservation in cash, the receptionist Asked if they could give me the change in the morning when I checked out, I agreed. Upon leaving I took my receipt to the front desk and the receptionist finalized the transaction and gave me my change back. My partner who I was staying with checked out later in the morning and the staff at the front desk told her that I still had a pending balance which she paid for.

I believe it was over priced We went there, we only have 1dental hygiene kit, one hotel slippers, floors were dirty. toiletries were limited
