Oct 2022We love the location, staff, facilities, room size and almost everything here! If you have enough budget and looking for luxury hotel, pls stay here and won't be regret for sure. We arrived early but hotel staff speed up the cleaning process so we can check in early. Hotel surrounded by quite a number of shopping malls, restaurants and shelter walkway. Most importantly is walking distance to shin osaka station.
My husband have neck problem and pillow was too soft for him. We didn't have chance to try in house restaurant due to lack of time.

Dec 2022Staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived before the check-in time, so we had to leave our luggages there. The staff at the check-in even allowed us to use fitness room to refresh ourselves before going out. Really appreciated and impressed :D
