The staff is so kind and they always attend to your requirements

The pool is not well maintained

The room was fine. The airconditioning worked and we had a small balcony with a seaview The staff were very friendly at the evevening restaurant as well aas the breakfast room (different.) On one of our stays the US navy/army scuba regiment(?!) were staying at the hotel, so it was very noisy, but that was not a problem.

Difficult to say as we could not find anything to complain about. The US savy /soldiers (?) were boisterous but it became part of the fun as they behaved extremely well and were very courteous.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food options and both restaruants were good.

Belize City isn't set up for tourism, so there's not a lot to go see or do in the immediate area.

The whole place was very tired and dated the big high rise building you see in the picture was not available to stay in you could only use the fitness room or the ATM but nothing else

The Radisson is really an old type hotel, like it was from a James Bond movie, I liked the wood works, the floors, the 2 Pools, the top modern Gym, the room was large and with a stunning view of the Ocean. Quick check in was good. The bathroom was well equipped. TV programs did not match the listed channels.

The Tavern was good, but the music choice was streaming on a broken wifi connection so the music came loud and stopped in bits, very annoying, telling to staff, did not help anything, they just said yes, and nothing. So I finished half a drink and left

The room HVAC controls did not work - it was either keeping the AC on at full blast or not at all - the temperature control did not either. The bed was lumpy and the supplied sleep number bed controls did not work either. The furnishings and lighting were dated and uninviting. The restaurant was open and I tried the outside dining for dinner. Again the lighting was un-appealing and the ambiance was very dated. All in all, this is a 2 star hotel that has seen it's best days behind it.

the property was amazing. but most of all, the staff were super helpful and lovely.

The property is close to the water taxi and not too far from the airport. There is a decent restaurant and bar onsite.

This was a rather underwhelming experience for a hotspot the class of a Radisson. The room was OK, but it seemed that many things didn't work in the hotel. One Pool closed, one bar closed, the internet super slow, the reception and the bar people completely stressed out ( so mistakes happened, a lot), the food was very mediocre,etc.. Many small things but each annoying enoug to add to the total. For the first house in town and for that price, pretty lousy. I would recommend to go to the neighbouring hotel, as I did the next night. Much more bang for the buck and much better personal and food.

The location was very convenient for us. We were able to walk to several different restaurants, the Island taxi and other tourist locations.

My room smelled “musty”.

The location. The airport shuttle driver on our trip from the airport, Cairo, was charming and entertaining.

The rates for e.g. the airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet could be a little clearer, i.e. whether US dollars or Belizean dollars. We opted not to have the buffet breakfast at what we thought was USD 25; turns out the price quote was for Belizean dollars, namely $12.50. same with the airport shuttle

The location is right on the harbor promenade. The view of the pier is very nice.

The property is outdated and needs a major upgrade. Our ac was very loud keeping us from a good rest.

The location is great - it is very close to many of the things to do in Belize City - walking around the Fort George area, the old Anglican Church (15 min), the Museum of Belize (10 min) and only 5 minutes from the ocean ferries.

The hotel has a bit of an odd layout so it depends what wing you are staying in and you may have to walk in and outside to get to other parts of the hotel though this is not a big deal

Housekeeping my room wasn't clean for 3 days, dirty sheets was turn over and reused on my bed, floor wasn't clean which lead to my family and i having covid symptoms 2 days before our departure.

The hotel was perfect for a night. We were just steps away from the liveaboard dive ship we were going to be living on for the next week. The Radisson is the nicest hotel in Belize City. The food was OK (not great). The staff there was nice, attentive, and professional. Rooms were Ok too...not great...but nice enough. The value for the money???? I would say, it was a fair deal.

I have nothing to complain about

The hotel is very old and run down. Cobwebs, stale smells, old school decor. Also, and most disgustingly, I'm 90% sure there were bed bugs. I developed the telltale bite marks the next day.

Update the hotel! Make sure it's actually clean.

The food was good, the outdoor patio with the pool were nice. Close to the docks to take the boats to the islands.

I feel its old and needs some work. It's not worth the price we paid for it.

The entire experience was extremely satisfactory indeed.

The bed was very comfortable, because you can adjust the pressure in the mattress yourself, and the room was clean. The location of the hotel has a nice view of the Bay. The Food is excellent; The Chef who cooked my Talapia dinner Friday night of 3/25, was outstanding! I'd like to mention the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay wonderful. Erica in housekeeping kept my room clean and well stocked; The Server's in the Restaurants who made my stay a delicious and satisfying; Cindy, Kamaree, Jenella, Maria, Rosemarie, and Gessie, all were very friendly an accommodating of my requests; and lastly, I want to thank Food and Beverage Manager Edison, for keeping Prosecco in stock every day of my stay. Thank you Radisson Team.

The rooms are in need of repair, door jams were rotten, shower wouldn’t get hot, walls and ceiling had damage, balcony door was difficult to shut and lock.

The hotel is very dated for the money ..the hotel has many levels , I’m not a fan of levels since I have sciatica..a common bathroom has a column in the bathroom stall right next to the toilet,making it difficult to move freely ..the accommodations I had should be priced at, no more than $100 a night, including taxes ..

Staff was friendly, the restaurant was lovely for dinner. Rooms at the top of the tower have a beautiful view. Looking forward to renos that are happening. We will come and see when it is all done.
