Apr 2022Very friendy staff (special thanks to Maica, Zaffy and Eric), everything super clean and they try to provide to every need one might have :) breakfast was tasty, but be aware a lot of Filipino Food for breakfast. Rooms nice, clean and big with a great view of the city.

May 2022the property was close to a lot of establishments, it was easy to get what you need outside of the hotel. the room is quite spacious. food was delicious albeit limited selection.
I had to call for housekeeping even when we told them about our preference for time. Pillows need to be replaced, they are too soft and can be folded in half (a sign that it needs to be replaced)
It was a nice experience staying with the hotel.

Sep 2022The complete stay was perfect. Facilities, room, breakfast and most of all the friendly and attentive staff, all in all a wonderful experience in very well organized environment. Especially I'd like to mention here "Maica" in the executive lounge, she was just extraordinary!
I'll be back for sure on my next trip to Manila!

Oct 2022The club was quite good on weekdays with reasonable choice. However Sat + Sunday was dismal. When we asked the staff on Sunday about being served some real cocktails they went out of their ways to arrange. Excellent service! (sorry forgot their names).
Buffet breakfast really excellent. Everything was excellent including e.g. the croissant and nuts choice for example but as well baked potato slices and the yoghurt. We did quite a few staycations in HK these Covid years and this breakfast supervised by chef Renie (and manager Noel), really topped all of them including the Four Seasons and The Ritz (in HK)
A nightclub at the East side of the hotel played loud music starting in the afternoon. Around 9pm on Saturday we asked to change room (on 40th floor) which was arranged. Excellent service but they should have told us in advance.
Location is okay but not really optimal.

Breakfast- they were so slow in re-filling the food. Literally, ran out of food and not able to come at pace with the demand/influx of guests.

It's located on a very busy road. Averagely we took 30-40mins to travel from city centre of Manila / China Town area back to hotel via taxis /grab.

Visit to the pool was timed to 45 minutes per room guest. The rooms were not cleaned well as the bed and bathroom areas had fallen hair. Internet was very slow. it affected my online teaching. The breakfast included in the room was terrible. There were very few choices.

It was good but hotel charged some additional charges for the overseas travelers.
Jun 2022Room was good. Breakfast had wide choices. Chinese dinner was good. But location is not that good. There is nothing which can be at a walking distance.
Food offered at the lounge cafe on the same level as front desk can be lot improved. There can be another choice on coffee shop.
