Breakfast was very good.
We really liked the Bathroom of our room
When we arrived there was no parking spaces free so we needed to park on the street.
The Receptionists at the evenig when we arrived where hanging on theire phones and it was like you distrub them when u asked them something. Absolutly not Professional. We asked them how much the Breakfast is if we go just once they said 10 OMR per Person. But we were Charged 31 OMR at the Restaurant!
The Pool Area: We came to this Hotel to relax before a long Flight home. There was some kind of Swimschool? All day long many Kids in Kindergarden Age jumping in water screaming and singing Kids songs! A 5 Star hotel is absolutly the wrong place for this. The pool was unenjoyable.

Mar 2022The staff at the reception especially Mr Mohammed was very attentive and helpful. The facilities and the welcome we have experienced is the best in Oman. The breakfast spread was amazing.

Oct 2022The hotel is new and the staff are great. The room was quiet, which is the most important thing to me.
For me it is not a big deal, but their car park is outdoor which is not covered from the sun. They have a basement parking

Mar 2023The cleanliness of the property was brilliant and the room was lovely. The bed was great and the bathroom was amazing!
We did not feel comfortable in the hotel with what we were wearing. We used the gym and got stared out, we went out for dinner, got stared at and when we went out for the day trips we got stared at by the hotel staff and customers.
We had no iron/ironing board and had to ask twice to receive them.
We only had 1 x towel in our room so had to ask for another.
We didn’t feel valued when we checked in to the hotel or anytime we entered the lobby (nobody holding the door open or greeting us etc.)
It felt very much like a business hotel and not a leisure/holiday hotel! I would not recommend to people who are coming to Muscat for leisure purposes!

Probably because we visited during Ramadan but the hotel was very quiet. Also food is quite pricey.

Jan 2022Spectacular buffet, for both dinner and breakfast. Special mention to Umesh at the restaurant who not only guided us through the wide selection the restaurant offers but also kindly explained us how they take care of avoiding food waste and being sustainable while offering such a great variety. Beds are very comfy, the shower is the most powerful I ever had and the room was big and with plenty of light and all comforts. Parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. Also being close to the airport.

It is always one thing with this Radisson, when you come with kids, the beds for the kids are not automatically ready. You enter the room, and then you see that adults bed are ready and kids have no place to sleep. It is a third time the same, you come to Radisson after exhausting trip, want to take a rest, but no, first you need to ask AGAIN please arrange beds for the kids. Radisson does not think automatically that kids are also need a place to sleep, and, preferrably ready at the arrival.
If you visit Radisson with kids, make sure you ask few times in advance to arrange it, and maybe you get lucky to have it ready when you arrive.

When we checked in the pair of slippers was only 1 for 2 of us. But the service was quick. Guest service has answered only with attempt No 3 when we called. But otherwise, nothing major really
