A gem of wonderful hotel staff and service
Jul 2022Wonderful respectful staff, great and organized service (prompt action on all requests), walking distance to the popular malls and restaurants, and superb breakfast buffet with a mix of Filipino and continental breakfast (always a highlight of our day).
I wish the pool was open after 6pm for some night swimming. The spa, cigar bar were open on limited days. But I guess it’s totally understandable if they are operating under reduced capacity during the pandemic.
We have a enjoyable stay at Discovery Primea. Though minor issue at Front Desk Personnel.
Mar 2023We were absolutely amazed by the huge size of the room and the amenities. We’re happy that our room were upgraded and It was our first time to stay in the Hotel and Glad that it’s convenient to access Rustan’s, Glorrietta, Greenbelt, SM, Landmark, Etc. Superb Breakfast at Tapenade Restaurant.
Not attentive to details when giving information to the front desk personnel. It caused confusion to our guest, even though I provided the guest's details and instructions.

Jan 2023We love everything... We stay in a 2 bedroom unit, The room is big and clean with very compty bed which is the best and pillow, bathroom with bath tub, gym, pool and restaurant. Kids really enjoyed the place. definitely we will come back for another family vacations.

May 2022We liked everything. Stunning luxurious rooms of high quality. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view. Lovely living room. Excellent bath room. Flawless internet. Nice infinity pool. Very friendly staff. Excellent location as well. Would definitely stay here again.
I think they could look into improving the breakfast (though it's hard to judge under COVID circumstances), e.g. by adding yogurt.

Aug 2022This hotel is located in a great spot! The malls are literally right across from it. We also enjoy the breakfast buffet because it had a variety of food from Filipino to Western. The view from our room was exceptional. We will definitely stay here next time we come back to Philippines.

Jan 2020The staff was really friendly and everyone greets you very hearty. The apartment was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the infinity pool is spectacular. The shopping mall is right accross the street.
The spa was overbooked and we were not able to get an appointment for a massage. To get to the shopping mall you have to cross a very busy street. There is a underground walk way but we had a stroller and there was no elevator to the underground crossing, but this is not the hotels fault. There is limited beds available by the pool so if you are not there early, you might not get a spot.

Feb 2022The staff and service were excellent. Our room was even upgraded for free. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location as well, walking distance to/from malls and other establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast which came free with the accommodation. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏻

May 2022The security is very helpful and make you feel so special and safe ;) . The service of the staff is exceptional, 6 star treatment overall. The gym there was really nice got everything needed and is open until late evening. The room is very clean and nice, very good comfort with the bed, couch, bathtub has its own tv and the shower is big enough. Very nice view from the pool considering being in the heart of the city😀

The payment for breakfast was a bit expensive given the very likited choices.

Apr 2022The bed, bathroom and room service were my favourites. The room service was surprising very good. It was hot and tasty. The room and bed were spacious and the bathroom was spectacular. Spa and shower were fantastic. The room, lift and corridors were always very clean
Service could have been better. There was no initiative or care from staff. The front doors were often closed due to construction and we had to work out ourselves where to go.

Jan 2022Room was spacious and amenities were nice. We spent 5 days in quarantine there, so we never left the room. The staff was good to us & tried to assist in any way we needed.
We had food delivered on many occasions, since the hotel options were expensive and/or didn’t suit our palates. Sometimes the guards would turn them away or our food would get cold waiting to be brought up to our room. A food package was available; however, we were at the mercy of the chef, so we didn’t find that a good option either.

Feb 2022Room is spacious. Feels like you are living in a 2 bedroom apartment . Attentive front desk staff. Breakfast was good particularly the Filipino Beef Tapa breakfast.
The breakfast service during our 1st day was very slow but it was compensated with a very good Filipino breakfast. The next day, they were able to remedy the problem and the breakfast service was already very fast.
