Apr 2022We loved everything! From the lovely staff who were so attentive to our needs, and contributed to the most pleasant stay, to the room that exceeded our expectations!
Dining with beautiful panoramic views and animal sightings was such a treat. The meals were absolutely delicious!
The game drives were a perfect balance of learning, and just observing and appreciating nature. I recommend also going for the Bush Trail for a more intimate experience with nature, and the possiblity to have a close encounter with some of the beautiful animals.
I only wish that I had made time for a spa treatment, I'll definitely do it next time.

Amazing stay, good value for money
May 2022We had a magical stay at Rhino Ridge. The bush villa was so spacious and luxurious. The staff was very attentive and super friendly. We had to leave a bit early and they arranged for us to still be able to take part in the game drive that morning and made us the best breakfast package to take away we ever had. Also our safari guide Xolani was so passionate about giving us the best experience possible! Food in general was so good there!
It is a bit pricey but worth every cent!

Luxuary Safari escape
Feb 2023The perfect safari escape with complete and utter luxury.
The views at the lodge are absolutely incredible, the service, spa and food was 5 stars, the accommodation was luxurious.
Thobeka (sorry if spelt wrong) our game ranger was knowledgeable and made every drive an experience we will never forget. We all left feeling like we had made a dear friend.
I can’t thank all the staff at rhino ridge for making our stay just perfect.
The property is outstanding and breathtaking.
The drive to the lodge was more challenging than expected, would recommend having a 4x4.

The approach was difficult in a small car, especially as it had rained a great deal the previous week. But it is manageable.
Highlight of our trip!
Feb 2022Rhino ridge definitely was the highlight of our holiday in South-Africa. From the surroundings, the rooms, the food and of course the game drives that are included, everything was amazing. All the staff are wonderful and very attentive. The whole experience feels very personal.
Since it was raining a lot on the day of arrival, the (sand) roads towards the lodge were not in good condition. We didn’t have a 4x4 and it was difficult to get up to the lodge. However I would recommend booking a 4x4 rental car just so that you don’t miss this beautiful accommodation and experience!

May 2021Our suite was well appointed and equipped. The public areas were well designed and the game drives (by a very knowledgeable Xolani) very informative and exciting.
The meals were SUPERB!
IF we were to be hyper-critical we would express our disappointment with the walking tour, during which the guides imparted very little information.
We will highly recommend this lodge to our friends...the staff were amazing!

Only good thing is the hotel and accomdation which is very modern and the only 5 star option within the park. Its quite far off the main roads within the park to reach the resort .

Sep 2022Just wow! Definitely one of the best places I have ever visited in my life. Even though it’s not cheap, it’s totally worth it! The whole package is just perfect. A really nice accommodation, amazing food and drinks, and what a stunning view. Everybody here takes care of you and makes your stay unforgettable. Everything is well organised and very detailed. Furthermore, I have never visited a place before, where staff is so super friendly and each of them so well trained on there respective area. Well done, and thanks a lot for the unforgettable memories!
