What I like most about the property are the staffs they’re so friendly and approachable most especially the receptionist.

We liked how the rooms we booked were all close together. We also enjoyed that the bus that we used for transportation was able to park in the parking lot. We enjoy our accommodation at this hotel.
When we were checking out of the hotel, the front desk staff and the caretaker insisted that we took the face towels from room 214. They repeatedly insisted and charged us 400 pesos for the missing 2 face towels. My sons stayed in the room 214 for 2 nights and they did not receive face towels during their stay. The conversation between myself, my husband and the front desk staff was embarrassing as it was in front of others. My sons were also annoyed that the front desk staff didn’t believe them at first. After a long discussion, the front desk accepted the fact that they didn’t give us face towels and didn’t charge us. Later the caretaker mentioned that 3 rooms did not receive face towels during the 2 night stay. Our suggestion for the future guests is to make sure the room is ready and to show respect towards them.

WHEN WE CHECKIN, the room WAS very dirty.... there was a blood in the bedsheet...... the air conditioned WAS DRIPPING with water...THE ROOM WAS FLOODING...THERE WERE NO LIGHTS.... AIR CONDITIONER WAS not working .this is TERRIBLE!!!! the room was pretty clean and and organized, the place is just a minute walk to restaurant and stores.
i wish they have electric kettle for coffee and like noodles, they provided tho they need to get the hot water from their kitchen. the parking space wasn't too bad, one time they need to call me early morning to move my car coz the other car needs to move out. but it was ok not a big deal 👍👍

The room was neat and the linen clean. The beds were comfortable but the mattress needs to be turned because an indentation in the middle of the bed is starting to form. One can also request for additional pillows at no extra cost which is great. The location is excellent if one intends to shop at Aldevinco, visit the Night Market and the Poblacion. It is also very accessible as there are jeeps to/from Mintal plying the area, and easy to get taxis because it is along a major road.
The water pressure in the shower was not strong so it takes a while to rinse. You only get a thin blanket.

The location was good
The toilet stinks on the first day and the smell spread all over the room. We informed them, they gave too many excuses not to change the room. Where is sense of good customer service? Force the guest to stay in a smelly room for 4 days? After a stressful negotiation only then they agreed to change the room. I know there are vacant rooms because I checked the site. The sheets and towels were way too old and thin. White colors are already beige and have holes in them. Seriously?

You could at least offer slippers and add soap/necessities for each guests.

- With elevator.
- There are restaurants nearby the hotel.
- Accessible to all means of transportation and food delivery services.
- Early check in is possible with a fee (Php50.00/hour).
- It could have been better if there is a water dispenser on either in the lobby or on each floor. The 250ml free bottled water everyday is not enough for one day.
- WiFi is so slow.

We've booked a few times here, everything's good except for when they give us the room 201. That room is spacious but exactly in front of the elevator so its always noisy. I hope when we come back they give us a different room.

Some of the staff were friendly. Also, the location is very ideal especially when you are transacting with ADDU, UIC, and UM (though ADDU is the closest).
In the room, the blankets could have been thicker than usual. Sobrang nipis. Hindi narefill ang shampoo and liquid soap dispenser sa shower, although they provided a 3 in 1 bath liquid.

needs improvement on the cleanliness. i found rubbish on the drawer and the table is dusty. the mirror on the CR also needs changing since there’s a big crack you’ll get vertigo looking at it 😂

I had the worst booking experience with them, having travelled extensively never have I encountered such an experience.
I reserved a room in RedDoorz Plus @ Roxas Street Davao, Philippines on the 13th of January 2023 for the days 24-26 January 2023. Upon booking, they sent me an automated message which included certain requirements which were needed to stay at their hotel. These included :
1.Valid ID
2. Valid Medical Certificate & Negative RT-PCR Test dated within 72 hours of arrival
3. Travel Authority from Philippine National Police
4. Quarantine Certificate/Certificate/Pass
5. Certificate of Acceptance from the Barangay or Local Government Unit
Please note that none of these of requirements are mentioned in their website.
I am fully vaccinated, so I sent them an email on the 14th of January asking to clarify these requirements, but did not get any response. I called them, and the automated response told me to email them. I emailed then on the 15th of January, and still did not get a reply.
Then I contacted Booking.com ( I had booked through them ) and asked them to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation on the 16th January. Booking.com contacted them and they said they will get back, but never did. Again on the 18th of January, I called Booking.com, and again after calling them, they mentioned that they will get back us. Then suddenly, they charged my credit card on the 18th of January, right after the call from Booking.com. The Booking.com representative told me that such a behaviour is extremely unfair and they kept sending them reminders to reply, but it was futile.
If this is the way they treat potential guests, I would urge people to stay away from them. This is not something that should be happening during your holidays.
