Jan 2023The hotel was under renovation, my mom is allergic to dust the rooms were not in a good condition, the jet of WC was broken. That's why they left the hotel. If the hotel is under renovation they shouldn't accept new bookings.

The communication between fab hotels and the hotel themselves was very bad. We were arriving at 1.30am, this hadn’t been communicated to the hotel. It had also not been communicated to us that there were building works going on. The room looked like it hadn’t really been cleaned, under the toilet seat was very dirty and there were stains on the duvet.
