White Boutique Hotel and Residences

We loved the White Boutique Hotel & Resudence! The hotel was excellent. Our room was wonderful and clean. The food and drinks were great. The staff were attentive and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We liked everything! The room was very spacious and comfy. Comfortable bed, big sofa, a choice of pillows. The best thing is a huge jaccuzi, where you can relax after swimming or an island trip. The room has everything needed, balcony is also big and has sunbeds and clothes dryer. Special thanks to all the staff members for making us feel very welcomed. Cleaning is done regularly and well, any issues will be solved immediately. Swimming pool is also great with warm water. There is a nice restaurant with a good choice of food and drinks. Dinner at the beach can be arranged if you wish as well. For everyone who visits Sihanoukville those days and in near future, please note that the construction is going on, local authorities build roads and make promenades along the beach. Also, according to them the whole beach line belongs to the town, so all the bars and restaurants were removed from the beach. Still though, the staff of this hotel regularly cleans the beach and provides guests with sunbeds. The sea is very warm, there is some rubbish, as always in Sihanoukville, actually. Generally, great impression, nice vibes, recommend this place for sure!

Nothing to talk about, all good!

We came down to stay the night before catching the ferry for one of the islands the next day. We had our dog with us, so this hotel is very accommodating and that was great for us. It is a sweet little hotel that faces the ocean. The beach area for the hotel is small and just across the clean, big new street. It is in a quiet area 20 minutes south of Sihanoukville. The restaurant is also great and allowed us to bring our dog. The rooms are quiet and had great AC. Would come again when traveling with our dog, or without.

I wouldn't change much, but I wish the backyard areas of the room we had had more fencing up so that we could allow our dog outside without worrying that he would get out. Would have been a nice perk, but only a suggestion.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are very clean. The staff is extremly friendly. It has a clean pool which is cleaned everyday. Its a hotel which is on western level.

No more direct beach access but this is not the hotels fault. The goverment built a road right at the beach.

Very good location to the beach

The air conditioning is not cold , I have to change 3 rooms to get a better air , still not cold enough, the noise of air conditioning is very loud, so annoying when sleep

The staff were lovely, always smiling & happy to help. The pool was very nice. As was our room.

Unfortunately this hotel was a jewel but now sits within a crown of thorns. The surrounding area & beach is no better than a slum ghetto. The amount of waste that is just dumped in neighbouring properties & the beach is horrendous. We feel we can’t recommend Otres beach as a resort to anyone. Please steer clear of Sihanoukville.

The room looks clean with a nice sea view and a quiet place to relax.

The location is nice since it is near the beach and yeah the Amazon Cafe is just a walk across the road which is very convenient. It is quiet, at least during our time there which is exactly what we need. The room was ok and spacious, but we book 4 rooms and one of the rooms had an issue with the air-con and another room had some bad smell, but it was later fine on the 2nd day. The staff was very nice and supportive. Overall, I had a great experience.

If you don't like western food, then the breakfast there might be a problem for you. They have quite a few options on the a la carte menu, but the taste that matters (at least for my parents). If you are a foreigner or someone who enjoys western food, you would be totally fine, but for some people, especially the locals will find that difficult and if you stay more than 2 nights, starting from the 3rd, you might be better having breakfast outside. It would be great if it is a buffet with some local dishes or a section on the menu for Cambodian taste exclusive.
