Mar 2023washer and dryer as well as kitchen. Pool was beautiful and clean.
It was our first time in Ambergris Caye but prices for excursions or extra things seemed doubled that of other resorts or companies. it would be nice if Best Western prices closer to the market.

Feb 2022There was a really great pool which we pretty much had to ourselves. Location was not the greatest, but we knew that when we booked. Room was clean and bed was cozy. Staff were all very nice.
Everything was good! Maybe a bit pricey for the location. No balconies, only entrance down a hallway. We had to walk a ways to get to the pool. Our only windows faced the airport runway, but again, we new the location when we booked.

Aug 2022I was clean and spacious, the room had all the amenities you need for your stay. it had great lighting as well in the bathroom! the pool is big even though I didn’t get a chance to swim.
My one issue is that on the site it said breakfast was included but when we got there it wasn’t, I spoke with the front desk and they told us they can order breakfast for us but we had to cover the cost of $10bzd each so that was kind of misleading.

Jan 2022Grand Baymen is a very nice property with comfortable beds, a beautiful pool (although no one was ever in it) and a wonderful staff that went beyond expectation, giving us recommendations, arranging a golf cart for us at a good price when things were nearly sold out and even refilling the gas tank for us when we didn't have time to because we were going diving early in the morning.
The location is a good walk from town taking almost half an hour to walk back from the more southern beach bars, and it is far up from the beach and right next to the airport so we not only had no view but would hear the planes taking off and landing. We did walk it a few times and it was fine but its much better to rent a golf cart if you are going to stay here.

Feb 2023Clean and nicely maintained property. great gym, tennis courts and large pool area with manicured landscaping. Arjani who runs the pool bar was delightful and knew all the guests by name.
The property is adjacent to the airport and although we could see and hear the planes take off it was really not an issue for us. The planes stop flying at night and the property is quiet at night.
