Jul 2022When we come over to papamoa we always stay here. Kids make good use of the heated pool and spa. Has everything we need close by
The most recent apartment didn't have sufficient ventilation for the dryer and toilet. No windows either so the walls were dripping wet.

Aug 2021We loved the location and the community surrounding the apartment, everyone was very quiet and we slept well.. The gardens are really beautiful and well maintained.
It is a slightly older property so it showed its age in some areas, but it didn’t prevent us from using facilities
Bedding was comfortable apart from the thin pillows, they needed changing quite desperately so I went out and bought a new pillow, I think I left it for the next person.

Jan 2023The apartment had everything we needed, also nearby was a great walking/cycle track. beautiful grounds, lovely pool area and BBQ area, even though it was Xmas/New Years it never felt too busy
The beds were a little uncomfortable in our apartment - they could probably do with an upgrade.

Dec 2021Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, tidy and had everything including washing machine and dryer. Pool and spa close yet well fenced so safe for children.
Plenty of takeaway options, cafe, supermarket, papamoa plaza within walking distance.

Jun 2022Size of the unit was good for family of 4 - i can see during a summer weekend the location of the unit to the pool and the small outside garden area would be awesome. We didn't get the utilise these on this visit. Clean and Comfy for a short stay.
Toilet didn't have an outside window - so the fan you had to keep on for a long time which was noisy. Also noise from the Pavilion car park late at night you could hear everything.
