The staff was kind but sometimes very slow. Room service took up to two hours (!) to bring simple things as drinks. The restaurant was so so especially for the price.

Dec 2021We really liked the staff and the service. Staff members were kind and hospitable. They assisted us swiftly whenever we needed them.
We also loved the decor, the amenities within the rooms - especially the bathrooms. Cleaning standards were very high.
The hotel could have offered more for the price. Such as complimentary breakfast as that was quite expensive to add on.

Dec 2021Very nice hotel in Ruwi, easy to get to Mutrah and Old Muscat in 10 min by car. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. Great Christmas Eve dinner.

Jan 2023Very good value. Location fantastic for visiting everywhere. Most of the resort hotels are quite remote and all require long taxi journeys to go anywhere. Large comfortable updated bedrooms. Within walking distance of local shops. Good business centre for working within hotel. Great Wi-Fi. Nice traditional buffets on different nights. Very good leisure facilities and all very new and well maintained. There are reasonable taxi’s available on hotel grounds if required. Gift shop in hotel and a concierge service. All the reception staff are so helpful. I had a few disasters during stay which were dealt with calmly and perfectly. Felt totally at home. Highly recommend

Oct 2021The spa and its staff were really amazing. Really improved our experience! It was a really good value for the money. We did not try the restaurant. The internet connection was working good in the room.
The location is far from the airport and the shuttle provided by the hotel is expensive compared to the local Uber : OTAXI. OTAXI would cost around 8 OMR while the hotel shuttle cost 30 OMR.

Jul 2022The hotel facilities are superb and fabulous. Thanks to all staff members for their kindness and good hospitality. I recommend a steak house to everyone, and they also have lovely shisha. I did so many meetings inside the hotel because it is quiet and has very professional services.

Room mattress is not comfortable very soft and spongy.pillow also the same. Need to modify the mattress . 3 days I didn't sleep properly.

Mar 2023Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Was given an upgrade to the executive suite free of charge, without having to ask which was a pleasant surprise. Upgrade was suppose to be only for 1 night but ended up being for the whole duration of my stay. Facilities are fantastic, even had taxi’s on standby who offer return trips and wait.
Ordered food a few times during the stay. Unfortunately, everything was left untouched besides fries. Chicken tasted weird/undercooked.

Dec 2021Sheraton has nice staff. very helpful. they helped us change room and gave us info where to get tested for Covid etc (even asked if we wanted to get tested in the hotel).
Asado and courtyard restaurants are nice (great food). the price is really great!
the room was smelly and humid. we asked for a change but the new room was not much better. We sat by the pool and none of the staff came to ask us if we wanted something. it felt understaffed at some point. the location is a bit far from Muscat center but next to the souk. breakfast quite pricey.
