Jan 2020The staff went above and beyond to make out or stay here enjoyable. Beautiful rooms. Great location. Very clean.just a pleasure to be there. They even waited an hour at the airport when our baggage was lost.

Apr 2022The room was very large, the staff tried to help us with every request, there was a very pleasant pool and a bath inside the room was very fun!
Not all the staff spoke English so we always had to wait for someone next door. Plus, their mini-fridge in the room is not such a fridge so do not build on storing things there.

Jun 2022The rooms here were really nice. The pool was great. Obviously, due to COVID, there were some things that were not available (ie wifi, restaurant, bar etc). However, great location and nice authentic room.

Dec 2022Staff were amazing (especially the breakfast crew)! Best coffee I have found in SE Asia. Room was large, well appointed and very comforrable. Entire hotel was spotless and appeared to have been refreshed during Covid shutdown.

Sep 2019Staff was superb - kind, knowledgeable, responsive. They presented many options for tours without the high pressure sales pitch that so many other places do. The location was ideal - tucked away in a beautiful walkway just minutes from Pub Street, Markets, etc. great advice on what to do around the city. Everyone spoke English and was very pleasant. We will go back for sure!
Not related to the hotel but just a word of advice.... if a tuktuk driver tells you he has change for you $5 or $10 or whatever, make them show it to you before accepting the ride.

The mosque behind hotel plays prayers in loud speaker at 4am.

Jul 2022really nice pool, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was amazing! they offered tuktuk tours of the sites, and the driver we had, mr smey, was great. and such good value for money. would definitely stay here again

Apr 2022As Foreigner you have to park your car on a separate parking place. they told me, they have a security guy. but there was no security. And other local guests were allowed to park in the entrance. it’s s kind of racism.
next door are constructions and a mosque.
the staff don’t know, where you can have breakfast, because the restaurant is closed
