The staff is respectfull and full of ethics. the only issue is that the hotel is located in a land locked and the traffick jam may complete jeopardize your planned meetings

the food could be better but the hotel is very close to a good restaurant.

The rooftop was awesome The staff cares about guest security as they should

The breakfast is nothing as you expect from a buffet The room had many issues cracks and whole all over Cocoroaches plays around in the room by night The food service closes at 2300 The room was facing the view but came with a price of every driver honking starting 8 am Didn't have the rest I expected at such a price

There were varieties of food, which was good The staff was welcoming especially the receptionists I felt at home

The location was a little bit off, the room service were not professional.

The breakfast was reasonable.

The bed was really comfy, most of the staff were friendly.

- the hotel doesn't provide any transportation, the best they can do is call a taxi. - i wanted to stay for an extra hour because of my flight time, and I was told that I will need to pay half the price for a night. - when I was checking out, after I was done, the lady asked me of I have anything in the room still, when I said yes I will need someone to bring the bag from the room, she got reqlly upset, and she was practically yelling about how I messed, and that I should have told her that before the check-out, still not sure why it was such a bad thing🤔
