The flat was really beautiful and clean- it exceeded our expectations!

The best thing about this apartment is the superb location! It's right near shops, great restaurants, public transport, 15 minute walk to the beach, and lots going on nearby in the Dizengoff Circle.

The apartment is old and not recently renovated at all. The furniture feels old and musty and the blinds in the living room barely close, so if anyone needs to use the sofabed, it is bright as the daytime in there in the morning. Moreover, the main problem with this location is that since it's in the center of everything, you hear LOTS of city noises in the morning or while you sleep - loud city busses, honking, trash trucks, people walking and talking on the street, etc. If you don't have earplugs and a very loud fan to block out the noise, then you better be a heavy sleeper.

The appt. is centrally located, close to the beach 10min; coffee and great variety of dining places/ shopping: 3-10min. It has a nice entrance area and the locker to keep your luggage. The appt. 12 is nice and clean, ideal for 3-4 people. Kitchen area has all you might need. The host is very friendly and ready to assist. Self check-in is extremely helpful.

Windows have the back yard view, but that was not critical for us.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. it is located an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants at Dizengoff Square. Also is on the bus route to get to other parts of the city

Nothing. Everything was great.

Location was close to shops and transport. Communal washing machine and dryer in shed in front garden yard was appreciated. Lift made access with luggage easy. Fridge worked well, nice and cold.

Poor communication, our access codes were not automatically sent, we had to keep emailing requesting codes and only received 1 hour prior to arrival. The Information sent prior to check in is out of date and incorrect in parts. Towels were small and threadbare, so terrible they should have been thrown out. Apartment poorly maintained. E G. There is inadequate broken shower screen cons⁵equently water went all over bathroom floor whenever shower was used. The squeegy on long handle provided in bathroom suggests the owner is very aware of this most unpleasant problem. No dishwasher and dishes and cutlery were in short supply, yet there was a ridiculous amount of pots and pans. We got the feeling the owner dumped everything no longer wanted or not working here, rather than disposing of old and broken items. Clock on wall broken. Windows above sofa needs a new lock, and did not shut securely. Walls and doors all in need of a paint. Apartment needs a good clean.The sofa very grubby and dirty, we could not sit on it.. Floors dirty especially under bed. Windows dirty.

Location, very helpful (!!!) and friendly staff, put extra bed, blankets, clean towels, comfortable facilities, good size of rooms

It’s very loud location, you hear everything from the street: bus, garbage truck at 5:40 a.m, neighbors talk, road construction. Literally I had to buy earplugs to sleep at night

The apartment needs a renovation. All of the drapes were old and stained. The blinds were broken. The shower was stopped up and the floor was flooded. The ac had to be fixed. Done after 2 nights of very uncomfortable. The laundry machines were neglected and dirty.

It was simple and good for our family

THE Elevator DIDN'T work for the entire stay We were located on the third floor Me and three children one in a toddler It was very very hard to clime to our room In addition the shower was not clean when we came,. Sometimes We didn't have hot water, some of the lights didn't work and the light cover for the window didn't close all the way On top of everything there was a party on the roof for hours and it was very loud The manager offer me some money back. I don't think it is inaf. I paid for an apartments with elevator and didn't get it. I'm looking forward to hear from booking.com about a refund. Thanks

It was a dream apartment, very clean and organized. The left us spare toilet paper 🤣. Clean towels, and extra garbage bags..for us that was a deal breaker. The apartment close to everything in TLV .

It's a common problem in TLV... Parking!!! Besides that it's a perfect apartment 😉

I liked that it was super clean when we arrived and we were also able to do an early check-in because the staff was so accommodating. They also brought us new towels when we asked for a change.

There wasn’t any breakfast offered nevertheless the apartment was a stone’s throw away from coffee shops/restaurants so there’s tons of options!

We didn’t have found in the apartment water at arrivals , and is the first time this happen to me . The washing machine is not in the apartment, but outside in the garden to share with all building apartments .
