There were lots of stairs to carry suitcases up. Pool area very tired and dirty.. No food or drink available apart from water in the room.. And breakfast if included.. Which we did not try

Dirty sheets, no hot water, fridge leaking, only 1 english speaking chanel, staff as nice as they were, no one spoke english, the safe didnt work, my sisiter in law didnt have a kettle. Would not recommend to stay.

many things in the room are broken, such as the shower and the toilette door (can’t close, stuck half way, need to leave it open a little when you use the toilet or shower. there’s the crack on the wall (should be color paint).

Tv not working,no hot water,change rooms,no hot water,ac broken,can't lock the door,breakfast was poor no english early departure from hotel next morning.

Staff was not supportive. Breakfast was not filled up for later guesses. Room was not very clean. Waiting for the lift was a nightmare.

Rating is definitely primarily based on this incident that happened to us and how hotel staff dealt with it afterwards. We went to sleep around 1am and (luckily) I put that extra lock from inside the room, which if offered I always do. Around 3:30h am someone tried to enter our room and we wome up scared and I quickly ran towards the door to check who is it. It was a hotel employee (security/night porter or concierge) and when I saw him started yellying at him what is he trying to do! He just kept saying sorry which in this kind of situation just doesn't do it. When checking out in the morning, we also just got a sorry from receptionist and that was all. I can't even imagine what would happen if I didn't put that lock from inside!? He would be able to walk around our room while we were asleep or if I woke up and see someone walking, I would throw him out of the balcony. Just a warning for all visiting this hotel.

Nov 2022Really nice shower and room. The location is good as it’s off the main road but still in walking distance to restaurants and beach.
Pool area is small so not a lot of lounge chairs. The gym isn’t much of a gym.

Nov 2022I missed cereal and milk, cheese, ham and warm coffee ,and good juices. What we got was a very black cold coffee. But we were servered tea after asking.We could Also get omelett and different kind of dinner. But not my wish in the morning. The breakfest had to be eaten 6.30-9.30.
Overall Hotel atmosphere and location is ok.. Breakfast was pathetic
