Great value city centre stay
Dec 2021Very spacious suite with a big bedroom, big bathroom and and a large living/bedroom. Very central location, short walk to many many restaurants and shops and also the river and nightmarkets. Free underground parking (though we had to walk down steps to get to it). At just over 150 per night it was fantastic value.
Wifi slow and unreliable. Room was a bit noisy with people going to/from nearby bars/restaurants at night and construction across the road in the day. Shower a little bit weak, no bath. No outdoor garden or swimming pool, though the photos show an outdoor pool.

Jan 2023They have pickup and drop off service! This is nice in peak season! I was also able to wash clothes and dry them on a drying rack! It helped me a lot!
It was a good distance from the night market and other attractions! The managers were very helpful in figuring out transportation and distances! I would highly recommend this place, but i would bring ear plugs to help sleep!
It was too noisy! People stayed up and made noise until early morning!

Feb 2021The point of contact I had for this Inn was absolutely wonderful. He was proactive in seeking my arrival times so that he could arrange pick up from the airport to the Inn. The location is quite nice - lots within a 3 mile radius that can be easily walked to. Bonus is the outdoor market that runs parallel to this Inn, along the riverside. Very kind, thoughtful staff.
The one thing I did not like staying here was how loud the other guests were every night, at all hours, especially in the hallways. Zero thought for others who stayed there, and whom might already be asleep.
Comfortable and convenient stay
Aug 2021The owner is very friendly and picked us up from the airport. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Soft bed, fast wifi, complimentary toiletries. Location was good, right next to the riverside night market, and about 4km from the bigger night market. Also, it's right beside the water breaking festival Square
The shipping center the hotel is located in is a little run down, but the hotel itself is very clean and nice.
Fantastic stay at this aparthotel with super friendly owners/staff.
Nov 2022The location is great, it is only a few minute walk to the night market near the riverbank and the Manting Park is also in walking distance. the area has many smaller restaurants with great (local) food. The apartment (2 rooms and bathroom) is spacious and clean and the bed is comfy. The owners are super-friendly and own tea-plantations in Yunnan and Laos, and can explain loads about tea. In the reception room there is a big tea table where tea can be drunk all day long for free.
I once saw a cockroach running around in the living room of the apartment, and it was hiding under the day-bed (where underneath it was not cleaned in a long time).
There is no possibility to eat breakfast or dinner at the Aparthotel, but that said, there are enough options nearby.

Apr 2021I was traveling with my wife and one year old son. Owners were supper kind to us, provided pick-up and drop off to airport, helped with every request. Location is quite central, rooms are large and very clean, ideal for baby to crowd around :). In the end we stood here for a whole trip and did not moved to other places. Owner even took us for a trip by car to a nearby traditional village which was really extremely nice of him:). Great value for money. Thanks a lot!
