Miru Niseko

Wonderful place to stay with beautiful bath! The service is top class too!

very friendly and helpful staff! great breakfast and a beautiful lodge. every room has its own bathroom. the lodge is located at about 5 min driving from hirafu gondola and miru provided us with many rides to and from the gondale.

the king bed was quite hard

They picked me up from the station. The hotel is surrounded by nature, and I enjoyed exploring around (The small path in front of the hotel takes you to a small forest? and is easy to walk through with ordinary shoes, but the backyard is a bit tricky - Basically, it’s full of wild grasses that could irritate your skin. I guess it would be lovelier in winter with snowshoes! I also liked the footbridge between cottages and the main hotel site). My room was just above the reception. It was clean and spacious. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. It’s challenging to find a hotel that serves vegetarian food in Japan, so I’m happy about that. I had a very refreshing weekend. I’d love to come back with my partner (when Japan opens up the border!)

The public bath is not onsen, unfortunately.

The view was awesome. And it was clean and quite if you need a little run away from city busy life.

the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable!

The staff of Miru were exceptional in their service, care for their customers and went the extra mile to make our stay an exceptionally memorable one.

The staff is very nice. The room is pretty spacious and modern.

The breakfast doesn’t offer scrambled or pan fried eggs, which should be essential breakfast items. The outdoor onsen is out of order.

The service provided by Miru Niseko was top of the notch - from even before we arrived the hotel. Kia-san who we have been communicating with via email is kind and patient. She responded to all our emails and request promptly :) Breakfast was decent, we also had dinner there which was also enjoyable. To end we would like to give a huge shout out to Nishi-san, who is a super kind guy that pick-up & drop-off us in between train station and hotel. Nishi-san's has made us felt so very welcome, we would totally stay at Miru again just because of the service provided by Nishi-san! :)

This hotel would be suitable for visitors who have cars. It would be a lot easier to drive everywhere on your own rather than waiting for the shuttle bus, as the schedule is not very reliable.
