Nature Bliss - Mount Serene

These are the kind of views from the balcony that people come to Manali for. Darshan, owner, is most helpful, friendly. Because we were there on a lengthy stay, Darshan did our laundry for us free. Really appreciated. Room is relatively large, also the bathroom. Great there was always hot water in such a cold environment.

No kettle in the room as advertised. The property is quite noisy with people often arriving and speaking with very loud voices, children yelling out late. There is a property close by has loud thumety-thump music parties till late at night. A shame in such a serene setting. We stayed 16 nights: the sheets were not changed as often as they should. Sheets and towels were marked with lipstick, sheets had holes. I don’t think the coffee table and wide window ledges were dusted from the time we arrived. You could sketch out a design in the dust.

The location could not have been better. I was looking to unwind, relax, and enjoy the mountains and Nature bliss delivered on that. The service was phenomenal. From the moment I checked-in to when I checked-out, the staff took great care of me. Mr. Vivek Rana was the most hospitable person I have ever met. He arranged a desk for me in the room so I could work properly. The food was mouth watering and customized to your taste. I am definitely staying here during my next visit to Manali and I recommend Nature Bliss to everyone.

nothing all was perfect

Starting from my first phone call from Hyderabad, till we checked-out after our stay, the warmth and welcome feeling that the host Darshan ji gave us is beyond expression. You ask him for anything, he replies with a smile "Ho jayega" :) We were a group of 13 (4 families) who made this our home to celebrate Dussehra this year after a 6 day trek! Here, we got the luxury we earned after a strenuous trek. This home offered the right kind of privacy (4 bedrooms on first floor) and a common hangout place (3rd floor) - Couches, Dining table, small kitchen and 2 bedrooms. While the adults partied, the kids had their share of masti time in the adjacent bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms offered an amazing view of the mountains from the balconies. And the view from 3rd floor couches was magnificent! The property is maintained spick n span by the diligent staff. Ground floor has a reception area and restaurant. The food that the chef Suresh Kumar served was delicious. Yumm Mutton curry, dal makhani and Palak paneer are my favs! The top floor offers another 3 bedrooms - which we didn’t need. The lawn was so welcoming that we hanged out there for another 2 hours even after our checkout. All in all, the entire group was happy with my booking :) ... we plan to stay here again after yet another trek into Himalayas! It's not just the mountains, this Home calls us back too!
