Overall can i say is dirty the toilet berlumut kuning2 like never wash, and i use hotel punye tuala tiba2 tuala kotor like they not wash ada kesan coklat2🤮.. my comforter ade kesan kotor please taking care about hotel hygiene coz hotel in very good place.
For $75/night and compared to other stays in Sandakan, this was the best option out there!
Sep 2022The staff at the front desk were absolutely beautiful – very kind and welcoming. The lobby was also large, bright, and clean.
It was also really nice to have a big room, spacious bathroom, and a balcony with a door that opened.
There was no mini-fridge in the room, so I couldn't keep my bottles of water cold. Only coffee was offered in the room, no tea. There were also some cleanliness issues with the carpets in the hallways, the balcony, and the wall above the bedhead. Nothing major (except for the hallway carpets), but when you notice grubby marks on the walls above the bedhead, lots of paint drops all over the windows, and the balcony drain has cigarette butts sticking out of it, it does give you a bit of 'ick'.
Breakfast was pretty sad too. I eat gluten-free, so I'm used to not being able to eat too much at a breakfast buffet, but nutritious breakfast choices were really limited for anyone (i.e. there were chicken nuggets, soggy hash browns, stir-fried rice noodles without any veg, white bread only, and some cakes).
Overall the hotel is acceptable but it becomes unacceptable when you enter the bathroom.

May 2023the room is big, clean and the bed is nice. very spacious room, there are shops nearby to shop for amenities and other stuffs and to go for dinner. staff are polite and friendly
the breakfast could be improve, the selection is quite limited. maybe they could consider adding more varieties or choice of food, it could get quite mundane if you are staying there for a week or so.
Not for tourists,
Aug 2022The hotel was clean and obviously recently renovated, but was not geared for tourists. it seemed to be a business facility.
The only good point was the ability to walk to the nearby town for a decent meal at a reasonable price.
The breakfast was very limited and not geared towards an international clientele. The provision of two 3-in-1 coffee bags does not cater for those who prefer tea or black coffee - usually the norm in most hotels. The TV channels were simply those from the local TV stations. There was no attempt to provide for international visitors/
Modern Hotel with Room for Improvements
Aug 2019The hotel is relatively new and has modern/sophisticated designs. Ample free parking for guest in the hotel compound. Has swimming pool and lounges, convenient store on the ground floor and an in-house restaurant. The room is spacious with small sofa available. Bed and pillow are comfortable. TV and hot shower are working fine. Toiletries are adequate and hair dryer is also available. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Surprisingly for a big hotel, only one mineral water provided for guest. It is a logical assumption that every room will have at least two guests and to share a 500ml mineral water is a bit absurd. Complimentary coffee is available, but no tea is provided which is a bit of a letdown. No minibar/mini fridge available in the room as well. Restaurant seemed to close all day, or no one barely enters the restaurant due to very limited promotion of the menu etc. It’s quite a walk to the nearest restaurant or eateries, approx 400m away.

Nov 2021The hotel decoration and it's room arrangements, it's sofa was soft, it's verandah and the view was nice.
Floormat not provided once we enter the room,then they give it juga la when we ask,maybe they forgot to prepare once another customer checked out, the telephone also cannot functioning, can't reach even operator, fortunately telephone in toilet was functioning in good condition.

Mar 2023The bed was the best thing for me, its very comfy. Besides that, iron in every room is a smart idea, I don't have to call the staff just to get an iron.
The floor in my room is a bit dusty. The breakfast was a bit MEH. Add Nasi Lemak, more dessert and always add whenever the food is decreasing.

booking is without any breakfast included, room is new however facilities could be better (Big TV but no channel- need to set the TV every time), funny how a nice hotel gave a small hair dryer and no cloth iron in the room. Seems overprice and stayed due to the exterior design of the hotel.
