Jan 2020The staffs are great and super helpful and very kind and always make sure if i am ok with everything! The room is clean. A decent kind a garden that takes your mind away from the hustle bustle. Its close walking distance to amenities and beach.

The only staff on the premises had no English at all, so checking out was very difficult. We had no cash as we thought we could pay through booking.com website or with card but they would not take card. We had to get a taxi to an atm to get cash, quite stressful as we were rushing for a flight.

All accommodation in Otres village . Is set in a dusty massive Building Site it's like going to alleppo after the war wall to wall rubbish rubble and smelly fires avoid this area like the plague!the Chinese have destroyed the place

Dec 2022I really loved the tranquility of the garden and the helpful funny staff. I spoke to the owner and staff and they are planning upgrades amidst covid & socio-economic status of Sihanoukville /Otress. Walking distance from beach. Clean. Use the western side of Road to come in as it's smoother than old construction side road. See photo. They are talking to all stakeholders to upgrade and clean. Which seems to be and ongoing journey for them, to showcase their spectacular gem! Amazing value for money.

We only booked the room because the rating was so good, but unfortunately we had to find out later that the room was not clean and was very poor and the outside area was no longer well-kept, maybe it is because there was hardly any tourism here if it is not cleaned properly.
Pay attention to the payment at this accommodation you cannot pay with Visa or credit card, only ask for cash.
