Dec 2020This is a very well industrial designed and executed hotel with eye for detail. Well appointed rooms with bath and good rain-shower.. pool is great (when staying on first floor) and can enter right from your room. Will stay there again
The staff are a bit shy and not fit the look and feel of the hotel. This could be way better and give the guest a better experience. The staff were kind and helpful though

The city is absolutely rubbish, just construction everywhere and traffic jump for more than 3 hours to cross the city. Not for holidays. Full of chinese.. the roads are in the worse status that you can imagine, a 4 wheel drive with difficulties!!!

everything.. toilet lid was broken as were all there fittings on the wall in bathroom. window sills were covered in mould. pool was a murky yellow colour. staff didn’t speak English. food was absolutely terrible and location said 900m from town but there was no town
very quiet, due to lack of travellers since covid but staff still made our stay enjoyable.

Aug 2019Firstly, the female staff at the reception is very helpful. The room is exactly you see from the pictures, clean and modern with a 2 minutes walk to Otres beach. The public pool is cute and lively. They even helped to decorate the room with some petals and balloons for my partner's birthday FOC, much appreciated for that.
I guess this is a Sihanoukville thing that you see heavy construction trash, garbage and dust everywhere, cant blame them for that. The place is 30 minutes away from the town, anyway there's nothing worth mention about the town, just stay in the room or go to the islands.
