Mar 2023Very nice view of the beach and the city. Room and bath room are of good proportion and comfortable .
Good buffet breakfast: not extensive choices but food well prepared and tasty.
There is no bathtub and no balcony. A little bit far from the city center and the Cho Đam market

Oct 2022This is a fantastic modern hotel with really friendly staff and great facilities. In terms of positioning, you cannot get any better. The Louisian Brew house is right across the road (ask for Mr Hop) with heaps of other places to eat and drink. The pool top is amazing and the room had incredible views, was clean and you really get bang for buck. I highly recommend this hotel. The one thing they can improve on is the breakfast as it is limited in choice if you are a westerner and is more tailored for the asians. However, the food quality was really good and I was happily stay at this hotel again.

the resort on the other side of the street is very noisy at event nights and weekend. The hotel’s noise cancelling is subpar, which makes it extremely noisy and hard to sleep

3. We didn't get the suite we booked in the first night. Apparently it was not available. The room we got instead was clearly not up to the comfort of the suite and we were charged the same price

Breakfast was mediocre, arranged airport transfer 2 months in advance of trip but hotel missed it out and didn't help to arrange after finding out few days before trip. Very difficult to get more bottled water from them

Breakfast was ok. Hotel should have signs restricting people from using their bare hands to grab food. have more serving utensils out and replaced often. Seeing people using their hands to grab bread, fruits and other food was a total turn-off

I book on booking.com 5* hotel but in real the're only 4* hotel such a big disappointment. I also ask mr. William Thong (salesmanager) for a comment. But he was soo busy that the could give a answer.

May 2023Rosie and the rest of the team were fantastic! She helped us with all our needs. Breakfast was an amazing buffet. view was spectacular. roof pool was incredible. The room was great. massive comfy bed with good size TV. Nice shower and ice cold AC. Room was in mint condition clean and kept clean by housekeeping. complimentary shower gel etc THANKS for an incredible stay 🙏

Sep 2022checked in with a dirty room, blood on the pillow, hairs in the toilet bowl. called reception desk and exchanged to a new room ( waiting for 2hrs). very disappointed.
