The staff, the room, the view, all facilities, pool, jacuzzi. Really I don't know how it can be better ! Not far from Jalan Alor, the Eco Park and Petronas Towers so the location was perfect too !

the location of the facility. This is an airbnb set up, not a hotel.

this is not a hotel-more of a airbnb set up- prior to arriving we did not know that the facility is run by multiple agencies. After much frustration and running around, I found out my booking agency was myroyal suite- which turned out to be the worst of the agencies- others had an office and staff for check-ins. Future travelers- if you book through MYROYALSUITES, be aware that they have no agents on site– they use Joseph's suites agent- a man with very rude attitude/demeanor- as a MYROYAL SUITES client, you are not his client and he is never in his office- you have to hunt him down. Once we arrived at the facility, we went from one office to another, and everyone acted like we did not belong there. We finally looked through the fine prints of our booking confirmation and found a number of the “owner” of myroyal suites” agents, - she told us that Joseph’s suites people will help take our deposit - they demanded all cash payment upfront which we did not know and were not prepared for as we made online reservations and paid with our visa card. After two hours of waiting, a caretaker for “my royal suites” came to give us our room key, and didn't even take us up to our room to give us the rundown of the place. When we entered our 3 bedroom suites- we see that it's only one actual bedroom, the other two are made using partitioned wall and are the size of a closet, with no air conditioning- our four children sweat through the whole night suffocating. The wifi only works in the living room with very slow connection speed- i had to stay on the sofa to do my necessary work on my laptop. FUTURE TRAVELER BEWARE!!- The Robertson residence is in a good location but DO NOT book through MYROYAL SUITES.

The apartment is much larger than expected, and I liked the location because there's a cafe and convenience store very close. Netflix was good too :)

The shower smells of sewage and it drifts through the apartment :( Also you have to give a $40 cash-only deposit and schedule to meet them at the room to get it back when you check out (inconvenient). Also there's not really a front desk/reception. I booked it for the "24hr front desk" because I was getting in 9pm and wanted it easy, but the desk there said they'd never heard of my booking company, and I called a few times with no response. When someone finally came, they blamed me for not replying to a message they sent that day (while I flying internationally). There's no desk/reception, and it was not a warm start.

Super spacious with KL Tower view. Very convenient for a big family

Nice location and really clean and comfortable house...

It was a last minute booking and I very much enjoyed my stay. Helpful staff and great location for night lifestyle. Beautiful room and love the view. Heart of the City.

I had a very pleasant stay at MyRoyal Suites. We were greeted by the Owner itself. It was very Royal I would say. They prepared very thoughtful amenities such as welcome drinks and sweets in the unit with a beautiful greeting card. Loved the room with KL Tower View. Rooftop pool was amazing. Walking distance to Pavilion and Jalan Alor.
